Need to restore my scans to Adobe scanner apo

  1.  All scans have disappeared from the Adobe scanner app. They are still there in the document cloud. How do I get them back in app?

Hi @Vitan33806157oo6t,

 

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

 

As you mentioned about the files still being available on Document Cloud, you can move them back to the Adobe Scan folder and the files should show up on the application too.

 

You need to log in to https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents/ and navigate to the folder where the files are, then select them together-> click the three dots on the top right-> click move-> then navigate to select the folder named "Adobe Scan" and then cofirm the movement.

Once done, the app will take some time to sync with the cloud service and the files will reappear.
