Scanned documents disappeared

I scanned a document of about 26 pages on the Adobe scan app. I pressed save, renames the documents and as it was uploading to the cloud the scanned document disappeared right before my eyes. Used search to look for the documents but I couldn't find it. And this is my second time this is happening to me. Its now annoying at this point. I saved the document and never left the app as it was uploading to the cloud. I don't know how to retrieve the lost documents or how to fix the issue because i think I am doing everything right. Adobe need to fix this problem because I've seen the same issue with other people
