Scans Disappeared/Deleted

Scans done in December have disappeared/deleted. How do I get them back?

Hi Tjryks,

Could you try opening this link in a web browser - https://cloud.acrobat.com/ , click Document Cloud > Adobe Scan and check if the scanned files are there. Make sure you are logged into the PDF services using the same login credentials as in the app.

Also, try updating app to the latest patch available, log out from the application, log back in and check if that helps.

Keep us posted with the results.

I have this exact same problem.  I have all scans prior to 04-Dec.  I'm logged into the app and to the website and they do not appear there.  Is there any way to get access to these?

Hi Peternjorth,

 

Sorry for the delay in response.

 

Are you still experiencing the issue? If yes, please ensure that the application is updated to the latest version available.

Try signing out of the application and uninstall it. Then reboot the device.

Re-install the application and sign in again. Check if that helps.

 

If you are still not able to locate the files in the application or on Document Cloud, share the application and OS version you are using.

I have been scanning documents using the Adobe Scan app all year.  I just opened the app and all scans after 04-Dec are now missing.  I also logged into the online cloud account to see if they were there and they're not.  Have these been lost forever?
