Scans Not Appearing

My scans aren’t appearing either in Adobe Scan or in the Document Cloud.  Help?

Hi Melissaf,

Sorry for the trouble caused.

As you have mentioned above, you cannot find the scanned documents in the Adobe Scan application and Document Cloud.

Please make sure that you are using the same Adobe ID to log in that you were using for the Adobe Scan application.

The scanned documents are saved in Adobe Scan folder on Document Cloud.

Please open this link and sign in with the Adobe ID.

Then go to Files > Document Cloud > Adobe Scan folder.

Check if you can find the files there.

Did you make any changes to the application, after which you are not able to find the documents?

Could you please confirm if you are using the same email address to sign-in to the application?
