The phone app clear the document I scan!!

I scan a doc to the app. I upload this file and add another page to the scan. When I try to save the entire pdf doc it shows a cloud with X and was written that the document didn't upload to the cloud. I was clicked on the item and the whole document is gone!!!

The doc isn't exist on the cloud.

what I need to do to restore the doc?

Hi Noyki,

 

If the file successfully didn't upload to the cloud and it got deleted from your device. It is likely possible the files are gone.

However, you try logging out of the app and try signing back, check if that makes any difference on your device. 
If that doesn't fix the issue, sadly, there isn't much that can be done to restore your scan.
