hello everyone,i have so many problems with XD and today i found out one more. I created a link a while ago and today the developers informed me, after we had some updates that the link doesn't dispay anymore. link not found, something went wrong.when i reported it and follow the link that was sent to me via email, it got me somewhere that i have no access. i dont know what to do anymore.Please fix this, our client is waiting the live site and developers can't work  

I have just gone into a stakeholder presentation and my XD link is not working, please help, quickly....

Links that were working 30 min ago are now not – trying to get client sign off on urgent projects – seems the Adobe server is down again!? Please fix ASAP!

Hi, My links are not working when you publish prototypes. I get notifications that comments have been made but the page doesn't load.  Just get the message: Something went wrong.You can try accessing the link again or, if the error persists, report the error .

Hi Team, Prottotype link is not working , It is showing link not found, Please help on this. 

Got a big project for my company and have a lot of Execs in reviewing a clickable prototype for some proposed new development. They were initially loving the prototype and the ability to tag comments. However one of them just tried to get in and now the page is telling them all it's password protected, despite me never requiring a password to access. When I try to update the link I get Error 55:18 with the prompt to make a new link.Creating a new link is an option to restore access, but then I would lose all of the comments on the old URL. Please help! Update: Links are accessible once again with all comments. Thank you!

Setting design elements to 'Fix position when scrolling' is a great tool. But sometimes when a project becomes bigger it's pain to always drag the layers/elements that are fixed in position...So why not add a pin layer feature so that even if you add a thousand new layers the fixed position can always be on top. (with it's own way/feature to sort them like how it is)Upvote if you like this feature in Adobe XD. Thanks!

Hi guys! I'm new to XD, and I'm designing a prototype that I had a question about... Let's say I have a "back" button, BUT I want the button to link back to the page the user came from even though you can get to that page from other links. Ideally, I would want each interaction with that button to take them back to the specific page they came from. example: I see a picture of a movie I want to see, I click it, and it takes me to the movie page. If I click the back button I want to go back to that page with the picture. BUT, I can also get to the movie page from a search, and if I got to the movie page from a search, if I click the back button I want to go back to the search page, not the menu with the image from earlier.  Is there any way to do that, that's not making eleventy billion pages to link separately? am I making any sense lol  Thanks for you help!

Hello, Am working on a cloud-based XD file which is also sometimes used by my colleague, so the co-editing is on I've noticed that this specific file is disconnected from the cloud.While another file is working just fine and the coediting is enabled and working also fineNote that both of us, me and my colleague, have the latest XD Version 39.0.12.12. Hope to get a reply on this soon, this project is very important and due to pandemic we are working from home so we need the co-editing to be active  this to show how the cloud is disconnected  while another file we are using is working fine   

I'm using and learnig Quick Mockup Plugin and i've a doubt.. Going to Templates i can create a page clicking on one item and page will be created with this dimension: 375 x 812 Is these fixed values ? So do i need to manual change to adapt for example to iPhone 12 Pro Max ?   {Renamed By MOD}

I have searched the community to see if there are any similar errors, and you’ve not been able to find anyOn the full, paid Creative Cloud suite.Manage to get past the initial opening of the app but then it is crashing after about 5/10 mins of being in the program.Restarted the Mac and uninstalled and reinstalled the XD application but still encountering the same issuesAny advice, Much appreciated

Hey, is it in any way possible to change the automatic time-controlling function in the prototype section to more than just 5 seconds?   I kinda want to add this following function: if a user is longer than 1 Minute on a specific page, than it will bring him back automatically to the start again.   Looking forward for feedback! Hi, I've built this prototype and would like to share it as an "app" to my colleagues so they can view it and interact with it like they would use it on a tablet, phone or website (don't specifically need that app). But they should be able to click on all the connection of my prototype.  Google sadly didn't help me out here.  Kind regards.

Simply, XD interface isn't anything as similar as an "user friendly" thing. When you have to deal with more than 2 states in a component, you have to constantly scroll up and down. Hidding the whole picture of the component interactions in an only one eyesight, makes impossible to build an useful mind visualization of the component to manage it's possibilities. I always have tro draw it in a piece of paper to remember its parts.The funny thing, is that with a draggable edge to make window bigger would suffice. In an usual big screen, the bottom rignt of the tabs remains empty of any kind of useful stuff.    

Hello, I need help with the following:I want to add severeal new components to another in the hover state. So, I select the components I want to add, chose the target component and klick cmd+v. The components are added. But: They get a red frame around them and loose the hover-states they had. Also, I cannot edit them anymore. Is there any easy way to combine components without loosing the states the have? Thank you so much!

Not sure if I'm doing this wrong, but it appears once an item, such as a button, is made into a component there is no longer an option to change the border-radius. So if I'm understanding this correctly, if I have a number of buttons with multiple states, and I then want to change the border-radius, I need to start over, is this correct?

Guuuuuys...my XD is crashing when I try to prototype...whaaaasss happening? Halp! 

I also cannot update one of the existing libraries I owned, even if I make changes to the master components in this XD file, the blue notification bar "Update your published library. Update Now" doesn't show up, but this library has already been published and is showing in the Libraries panel.  I tried to sign out and restart the Mac, but still not working. I'm on MacOS v10.15.4,  XD v30.0.12.12, and Creative Cloud Sync 4.11.0.12.   

When I open prototype in webbrowser (Win10, Edge) and when I change zoom to 100% (or other) then background color change to "not white". In project in XD background is white #fff. So why background color changed? This seem like a bug. 

Im prototyping and all of a sudden The animation option is not clickable anymore, so all the pages are automatically using the dissolve transition which i do not want to use. I have a deadline on friday aswell
