I am trying to make an accordion menu that opens and closes. I made four groups, then grouped those into a component. I have four states to show open versions. I wired each of the groups to auto animate to the new states. When I play it only the first one will work, the rest don't. 

When I started my current project, I mistakenly left all the artboards (specifically the heights) at the size of the mobile device I'm using as the default artboard. I have a fixed header and fixed button at the bottom of the screen, and I made everything between those scroll at the correct height. I'm able to position my artboards on the pasteboard in a way that makes sense to me, each one the same size and very organized looking.  In all the tutorials I've seen they always say to adjust the height of the artboard to the content and then adjust the viewport. I just don't see a reason to do so, especially at this point. It is annoying to have to click further into each artboard if I have to edit something that's not in view by default but I've found that temporarily increasing the artboard size and then readjusting works just fine. The ONLY thing that makes it not ideal is in Prototype view, all the threads/hover states that aren't in the default view still show up at 100% op

Hi, I want to create an app prototype for my speech therapy degree final project using XD I want the app to incorporate a voice volume recorder which then shows a visual of quiet to loud on the screen will this be impossible with XD?Many Thanks  

The XD tutorials show using the CC color palettes in XD, however, when I open my CC library from within XD it is empty and says "39 unsupported elements". How do I access the color palettes in CC?

How do I use gradients in XD? It's not located where all the videos say it is anymore. Please I really need to know ASAP.

Adobe apps not opning somet im my macbook pro 2020 , i need to reinstall apps to open it again

HelloISSUEWeek 49 we had a shared project. 6 people in the same country on a shared canvas.I had extreme crashes, freezing. Especially when editing text. Particularly 2nd, 3rd December.Adobe may have gotten dozens of crash reports from me.Wednesday Thursday (2nd, 3rd) I was basically restarting freezing restarting all day.Had Microsoft Teams open other than XD everything else closed. Even moved Teams to mobile and had only XD open.PC was even overheating! Totally failed my group.I came in with lame excuses on 'technical issues' which everyone was very nice about. (But secretly, people probably just think... yes, excuses, excuses, whatever.) SYSTEMXD works fine on my cloud. I have three internet connections (shared and private).It's a new  PC bought in September used only for this course.  (LenovoThinkPad E14 Gen 2 AMD Ryzen 7 4700U with Radeon Graphics). Have submitted similar ticket to Lenovo. I have Malware bytes, Hitman Pro. I regularly update

I know I can create a shape in Adobe XD and drag&drop an image from a folder into it and by repeating the process I can replace an existing image. What do I have to do, if I want the same result with a picture that already is in the same XD file and NOT on my hard drive? Right now I have to fiddle around with the mask of the other picture until it fits the shape of the one I want to replace. Is tehre another way or a feature I'm missing here? 

I am experiencing a problem where the exported SVG has large white space added to them. All my assets when exported as SVG have many other problems, but the most important issue at the moment is this white space. This started to happen after the lastest update on the Adobe XD app. I have attached  a a sample SVG file. And the screenshot of an artwork vs the exported SVG.

The issue: The color contrast changes when exported.Export format : PNG for Web @ 2X I have reinstalled Xd, updated to latest vcersion... but issue still persists. Is there a fix for an issue that is occuring with export from XD? The issue is really making it hard to work.... 😞

Hi,Seems like in order to push the users to save all their files in the cloud, you have removed browse local files from the home screen (Startup screen). There are still quite a few of us who still access and save XD files locally. Now there is no way I can open a file from my local machine when I open XD except for browsing through my File Explorer. Please add a feature so that I can browse through my local file on XD startup.Thanks,Robert

Hello I am just getting started with the Adobe Xd and app development. I always thought that designing Ux/Ui is way beyond what I could ever accomplish in my life.But after watching videos and reading articles I am amazed at what an Impressive piece of software "Adobe Xd" really is....However as I said above that 8 am just getting started with Adobe Xd and app development in general, I am a bit confused, so my question is, let's say I create a social networking app design in Adobe Xd, now what? Is it possible to make a working app out of that design? I know Adobe Xd itself might not provide each and every solution.... I did read about flutter, and that how xd designs can be used in flutter apps, but can we use the same xd generated design in flutter to create a fully functioning app by linking database and other things to the flutter app? I am sure my question might sound stupid, but I don't really know how to ask, it's all mixed up in my brain and I can't actually make sence

After I updated my Adobe XD to the latest version just now, all cloud documents and recently used files are gone. The shared links can still be loaded but all files are gone. Please help~

Hi Everyone.  If anyone can help me with animating accordion menu in XD. attached the sample image. Case 1 is all collapsed menu  Case 2 is when the user clicks on heading, the sub headings displayed underneath with scroll based on length of sub heading menu.   I am able to do normal accordian.  

Hi,I created a website landing page with columns, 2horziontal columns above each other with 4images in each. I created a hover effect on each image- a overlay on each image on the default stage and when you hover above it the overlay should dissapear and a word appears, this happens but the triggerpoints are wrong. The bottom images get into 'hover state' when you are hovering on the top images and the top images get into hover state when you hover over the nav bar.Hence, why I am assuming the issue is with the triggerpoints. I have tried troubleshooting and googling but there are no information on this subject.

The comment feature in the righthand panel of the design spec links is not appearing, and when I try to view previously posted comments I get an error "We're having trouble loading the comments for this asset. Please try refreshing the page."

My files are saved locally, and I use two files - one for components, one for the pages. I have updated the asset in the components file. Then the "Update All (3)" is shown in the pages file, however, when I try to click it nothing is happening. The changes are not reflected and I still have the button there.   I have tried to restar the program, and my pc. I'm working in Windows. My XD is also up to date. Also did try to update more components to 'refresh' the files, but only updated the button "Update All (4)" and when I click it, still nothing is happening

I have a library which I'm sharing with myself. Some of the components are not appearing in other documents. I've saved and updated the library numerous times to no avail. How do I fix this?

Since seven days, my Adobe-XD application isn't working.

I'm trying to change the opacity of this rectangle when the object is hovered on. However, when I change the opacity in the Hover State, it also changes the opacity of the whole component. I've screenshot the three steps below to illustrate the issue Hope someone can help!Many thanksS  

  Hi everyone I'm new here and while not exactly being a pro in xd, I've been trynna think my way out of a problem I've been facing in xd lately, I've checked all around the internet and tried every trick I can think of but I still can't solve it, I hope sharing it here would bring a solution. (P.S - Maybe all my use of xd terms might not be totally correct &#x1f605)      So I'm trying to create a list of cards that have a pop out hover effect when I click them. It works great, b no ut where the problem is I want to add a button with a separate hover effect within the cards. Sort of a hover button within a hover panel, a nested hover. When I do that, the card pops out alright but the button in it with its own hover effect won't hover when I place the mouse cursor over it, It just sits there plain and unresponsive, not unless I sort of quickly jump the mouse cursor from outside the card directly to the button, and that only works sometimes.     I

I'm using XD for half a year now. I see a case that rendering raster images are too blurry on export. For example, I use XD to make assets from 200x200 thumbails to 1920x1080 banners.The images I place in those containers are easily over 4500x3000px images.Everytime I export them in PNG or JPG100%, always look blurry.Blurry images tend to be with bigger file sizes as well. I checked on a non-retina display, I checked doing the exact same thing on Photoshop, I checked different computers and so on. Photoshop always turn out much sharper in comparasion after export with the same conditions.Here's 2 400x400 PNG images from XD and Photoshop in comparasion. The placed original image is 1400px wide. (I've attached them as well for precise comparasion)

Whenever I am doing testing with my prototypes and I share the link, a lot of the testers have a scrolling problem. They always have to go to the bottom right hand corner of the prototype screen to scroll and it affects our testing. I know my viewpoint isn't the problem cause it's at the standard point. Is there a bug with shared links and can it be fixed asap?
