I have just started a UX UI course and I need to make mock ups for my portfolio. Every time I try to export my mockup it only exports 1x and 2x and shuts down right before 3x. So every time this happens I need to open XD again and try exporting and it works after that. Then I try to export one more and it shuts down. It works only alternatively and I'm not quite sure what's wrong. Hope someone can help me. 🙂 I have a Core i7, 9th Gen Lenovo with a GeForce GTX 1650Ti graphics card.in case if someone thinks it's a laptop issue. 

There are some fonts that when i select on Adobe XD don't show up properly. Here are some examples. Aktiv Grotesk (the "regular" one) is not shown on the selection wheel and i have it installed and activated with Creative Cloud.   Work Sans is repeating the "Italic" term.  Inter is only shown as Regular, not other styles.  I tested on another computer and a friend's notebook but we still share the same problem =/. I have updated those plugins but it keep asking me to update and those plugins appear as two plugins but the same. Why is this happening? 

I'm trying to open a support ticket from the admin console and it want the adobe product name to be able to create the ticket.  No search feature. I specify XD or Adobe XD and they are all invalid. What is the appropriate product name to allow me to get past that frame to open a support ticket?Thanks.

Hi,recently XD is creating me some issue about shared link.I've created some link and shared with team.My team tell me that the same link that update usually is wrong.Whatching in the XD file I see that that link have title but is like that is never been shared from the first time.Any idea about why?I'm pretty sure that I've never saved an old version of the XD file.I'm a Windows 10 user.Thanks

After publish the site I became ill and after two years had to take it down. YES, I could go back into the site-build using Muse and bring it up to date, I felt it needed updating, using everything I still have in files, make it more simple and easy for the interested parties to view. Adobe MUSE is not being updated any more!I’M SHOCKED to find out that Adobe hasn’t a program that comes anywhere close to Adobe Muse, where you build it, then upload it straight to the server! My past is with Adobe After effects, for animation, and

Hi.I can't say how and when it happened, but there's one buged artboard in my project.I can't delete or make changes to this artboard and some elements placed on it. And i can't move out elements from this artboard to another.All changes are auto undo. 😯I use Adobe Cloude. More of that i can't copy same elements from local version of project, becouse pasted elements will be auto replased to buged...Is it any idea how to fix that? 🤷‍♂

When I export my design to After Effects, all text layers are empty. There is no text at all. I tried different fonts, reinstalling XD, but the problem is still there. Is there a solution? 

I noted than there are differences between Mac export and PC export of assets in XD (same original file). When exporting from PC - colors are broken.When exporting from MAC - colors are OK. How I can report this issue as critical BUG?

I having trouble opening newer version of the program because XD is not up to date, even though creative cloud thinks it's is but it's not the case. I tried to delete XD and install again and still I get the 34.2.12 version when the latest version is 35.1.12. What can I do to update it?

Is anyone experiencing XD crashing when they export elements?  Since I have upgraded to Big Sur on my Mac XD has become pretty unusable. Just hoping someone else have found a fix for this.

All of my components that have an auto animate hover state or a page link that auto-animates as a transition to another artboard works just fine in the XD preview mode but when I create a link to share to view in Chrome, all of my text "jumps" around each time an auto-animation triggers. I changed a lot of my components to transition to the hover state instead of auto-animate to fix the problem but I have certain animations I want to keep for the presentation I have tomorrow. Video of Issue  Anything on my end that is causing this or is it a bug in XD? I have never experienced something like this in the past and have used a lot of auto-animate.

As title, the latest version for Windows users is 33.1.12 today, but a design file was done by a Mac user and saved with version 34. The Mac user didn't want to downgrade the version to avoid losing all the updates, so how can a Windows user open a version 34 XD file? Thanks in advance for any solution.

hello .my Adobe XD keep crashing .i found this in log: first it was Service exited due to SIGKILLso i disabled Spotlightthen now its shows Service exited due to SIGSEGVi dont know how to fix this problem .anyone knows ? 

Just wondering if the Adobe XD team is aware with the fact the by exclusively embracing the Windows UWP experience makes Adobe XD extremely frustrating to use and 80% of tutorials you can find about the Adobe XD useless. You spend more time wondering if the Windows version has all the features the Mac version has or not. Do the W10 version has available all the features Apple version has?

XD 35.1.12.5 is constantly crashing on W10 19041.630 I hate the so called upgrades cause behind every upgrade there are nasty consequences, like constant weird app errors and crashes. WHY Adobe?!

I have a simple connector link from one artboard to another. The trigger is tap. On Type I have transition but I'm not allowed to set the Animation to None cause its grayed out on Dissolve. I have tried a work around and set the Easing to None and Duration to 0s but it doesn't change anything. Why is the Animation locked to Dissolve? I've tried to re-boot, shut down XD and re-open it numerous times, deleted the connector link etc but the error is still there. W10XD 35.1.12.5

Adobe XD Crashing on Big Sur ,is there any way to fix ? 

I have been trying to prototype a drag between two screens that is prompted by a drag up. When I select drag it automatically is making the interaction a drag left, and I cannot find a way to change this. This is not an overlay, just a transition between two screens. Although, I did try an overlay to see if that would work and it still gave me the drag left. Is there a way to make a drag interaction drag up?

I've been having this ongoing issue for months where I publish for Dev and the flow view shows up. Randomly, a few days later, one of my developers messages me to tell me the flow view icon has disappeared. I have to republish the file each time to get it to reappear (sometimes more than once).Anyone else have this issue? On Win10, v35.1.12, viewing in Chrome

Initially, I saw a pop up for error code 87, but now it's loading an outdated version. I've already checked "Shared with you" and "Deleted." 

Recently got this new update today and now the program won't launch. I've rebooted my computer  without any luck. Are there any other solutions to fixing this?
