A few of us here are using XD for different software.  But now we are getting to the point where we want to work on similar designs, and the easiet thing would be to copy from one prototype and past it into another.  Or have shared editable access to the same prototype.  That doesn't seem possible.  When we share files with each other all we get are views.  Yeah, we can comment, or download assets, but we can't copy an artboard or both have access to work in the same space.   Is it possible?  Or is this software not for collaboration?  Any way to share a document were we don't actually have to re-build each other's work?   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Consider this simple construct:  A Settings button that pops up an overlay artboard that contains three toggle settings. When I run this prototype and toggle some of the settings...Then close the pop-up...And re-open it...The toggle buttons all reset to their default state every time they are displayed.  I need them to remember their states and after days and days of looking for the answer, I cannot figure out how to make this work.  I'm sure I'm missing something very basic.  How do I get a component to maintain its state? Thanks!

I would like to generate a private Link with Password required. I have the funktionality for MS but not for Apple. Am I doing something wrong? The Design Specifikation also show BETA Version. Is there a change to get it to work? If i save it, an open it on MS there are all Fontawesome Icons gone. Looking for a quick solution.

Hello, I am having a similar problem as some have posted here - when opening a cloud document in Adobe XD, the memory consumed by the program spikes higher and higher until I have to force-quit the application (the file displays a completed loading progress bar). Hey guys – weird issue here.  Copying typograpy with gradients etc worked totaly fine in previous versions… Result was a path with the same gradient fill as in AI.In the current version there seem to be a problem with handling those. XD makes a gradient object (plane) with a mask on top. Gradients also looking wrong. Also recognized that XD creates additional boxes around my created icons…Do I miss out on anything here?

Hi I have a file that is my style guide (the master file) and with this new update i somewhoe managed to post it as a library. causing me to break my links to ALL of my projects. I deleted the library and now when i try to relink my cloud documents, it says the assets have been migrated to a library. Ive completley wiped my library and the same thing still comes up! i even tried to create a copy style guide and just manualy recreate my assets and it says the same thing. Please help

Hi All,I can't find one of my documents in XD cloud! I have tried the steps given by Adobe guideline, but none worked. The only thing is that I have my document under published section in my Creative Cloud app, but I can not open it in Adobe XD nor can download. Do you have any idea how I can find my file? Or how I can save my published document as XD format? I appreciat your help

Hi,  Trying to export a simple logo designed in xd with only xd components (no images and nothing was imported) but when I export (regardless of format or scale) the outcome is pixilated. I'm using a macbook pro. And as you can see the logo is not very big. Please assist. Also, I need a step by step assist as I am not an Adobe expert 🙂 Thank you 

Icons disappear or alignment mismatch in prototype (after creating links). I don't know why this is happening but I tried many solutions but didn't workout. Note: I'm using Fontawesome Icons.  Let me know if someone could find a solution to this. TIA.

I like my states to be named exactly what they are. So I've consistently ignored default state and made a "New State"  for each one. Well today something happened which reset all of my other states to Default. I have no idea why or how that happened, but it was extremely frustrating. I just want to delete that pesky Default State. Yes, I could paste the content from one of my other states into there and make it the default, but then I would have to redo all of my interactions, and it simply isn't as clear as the state having a relevant name. 

Hi most of my prototype links work. i create transparent boxes and drag the link to the correct board. however for some unexplained reason some of those links are not functioning? any help? cheers 

Hi, I'm new to XD and I've been trying to create a drop down menu, and am having trouble with my default and hover states.  I create the default state and then change my components to the hover state, then when I go to click back on the default state, there's no difference between that state and the hover state. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if it's something from the update I just did.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hi all, As the title reads I am working on a collaborative document with a large design library. I can open said document and scroll left/right and up/down with no issue, however the instant I attempt to zoom (or perform a few other operations such as saving) the window freezes and a have to force quit the program. The file worked fine for me up until a few days ago and I don't have any similar issues when I am working on a new file. I have tried to restart my laptop, uninstall Adobe XD then reinstall, uninstall both Creative Cloud and XD and then reinstall both, as well as update any outdated drivers. Any assistance in trouble shooting this issue would be great! Thanks
