i cant download adobe XD on my creative cloud desktop....with message of updating my system...i dont know what that means... kindly find attached

Hi,  I have created animations in adobe animate (short, clickable clips) and would like to use them as part of an app that I am currently solutioning. I have created all my wireframes in adobe dx and would like to add my animations there. Is that possible at all? If not, what would be the best way to combine my wireframes and animations to get to a full prototype? Thanks! Rosa 

I've turned a rectangle into a parallelogram by double clicking it, selecting two of the points, and moving them independently of the other two points (Path Edit Mode, I think this is called). I have then pasted an image into the shape using 'Paste Appearance'. I would like to edit the points independently after pasting in the image, but double-clicking the shape only selects the image and no longer allows me to select the four anchor points. I have also tried using Mask With Shape instead, but it doesn't work any better. Is there a way to directly edit the points of a shape after you have pasted an image into it?

I teach students Interface design, they use adobe XD. The class will start in mid October. Is it still possible to use Adobe XD for free or do they need a paid license? 

There seems to be a problem with the new overlay function that was added yesterday. Everything seems fine except you can't click on the links you've made.

Hi, Currently having issues with keying in math operators in the property inspector the second time round.For e.g.: In the width property, keying in "1920/2" + 'Enter' works, but when the field is still active and I try to append "-10", it only appends the '10' and ignores the math operator.It refuses to take any of the 4 math operators. To get around this, I need to unselect the property and re-select it to perform any additional calculations.I've restarted my Mac (v10.15.6)  & reinstalled Adobe XD (v32.2.22.2). However, the problem still persists. Is this a known bug?Thank you.UpdateThe property value while highlighted and editable to a certain extent, isn't behaving as expected until the property field itself is active (bottom border isn't active, i.e.: the underline isn't blue). When the property field isn't active (no blue underline), it doesn't take in the calculations correctly.

So obviously my macbook system is in english, and i've tried to use every method including manually setting the language in system preferneces. When I do, it automatically has a screen that shows "you are entitled to use XD in simplified chinese] and only asks me to "ok" and quit. help???

Hello, Why the UI Faces plugin pastes low quality images from Unsplash if they are actually available in hi resolution on their website? Is there any hidden property needs to be checked? Tried 2x option, it gives the same low pixelated resolution. Please advise. Thank you.

I am trying to select and move just one layer. I have tried the ctrl function but every time i go to move the layer it selects the one above. Any help? Thanks

Our organization currently uses Balsamiq to design; along with Word for Content development, and Visio for diagramming.  Is it possible to bring this all together in Creative Cloud? We are currently having to manually "check-in & check-out" our Word Content documents.  This is clunky, time consuming, and leaves room for errors.  Would it be possible for us to link all these assets to the XD design documents?  How is this possible?  What does it look like"?  It may be that we find that the current technology cannot handle and resolve our problem(s).  We look forward to feedback from the community.  Thanks!   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Whenever I go to move something in XD the wiggling of the mouse caused by accidental scrolls makes it almost impossible to place something where I intended. For example, if I try and move a box to align it with my guides it will start to jitter because my finger is moving slightly on the magic mouse causing small scrolling in every direction, often leaving my object a few pixels off of where it should be. Can scroll be disabled when you are moving something, I dont rememeber this being an issue in photoshop.  Thanks

Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.6Adobe CC - Adobe for TeamsAfter the last update for CC, I have been facing issue with publising a project in XD. Tried every possible solutions or methods suggested here at the community. I tried all the methods mentioned below:Resintalled OS in my macbook and reinstalled CCTried using wired connection even though i have a high speed wifi connection which plays 4K videos without buffer. My colleague used my wifi connection and using his macbook he was able to publish my project without any hiccups.Ignored assets while publishingTried the simple design review optionTried multiple internet service providersCreated a new file with a single artboard and a simple circle.Copied all artboards from existing project to a new file.Tried the file locally as well as from cloud.Tried from office with proxy.Project files shared with multiple colleagues who were able to publish without any issues. Long-time user of XD since it was launched.  We use it in our company, and have published many prototypes in the last couple of years.   Since Jan/Feb however, we've noticed that scrolling up & down a prototype using the mouse wheel has gone extremely jittery, to the point it hardly works.     We use Windows 10 and Chrome on a combination of different laptops and desktop computers, and it happens on all them.  All PC's are up to date and high-spec.   This never used to happen, and it's extremely frustrating.   Anyone else with the same problem?   {Renamed By MOD}

Hello support Team,Since I updated XD (9/16/2020), I cannot export my work from Illustrator to XD (I used to copy/past from illustrator to XD without any probleme, but now Xd crashes. Can you please help me with that ?

I wish there was a keyboard shortcut that would quickly cycle through component instances.  It doesn't take much time to navigate to the top right of the XD window and select each instance of a component. But, I believe that adding this shortcut would save countless hours. To adjust a single element within each instance takes a moment to achieve. For example, the gif below is 38 seconds. When seeing this time I decided to set up a mock run as if this new feature did exist. On the artboard, I duplicated the same button and arranged them side by side. One button in the default instance and the other set to the hover instance. The mock run went as follows. Adjusted the text in the static instance, deselected out of the component, and paused for 1 second as if I had executed a keyboard shortcut. Then immediately selected the text in the hover instance component and pasted the same text into the button. The new time was only 15 seconds.    My dream user input path:&

Hi,I used to work with co-edit with my team, but it doesn't work anymore. Everytime we try to use the same file at the same time we just keep receiving the conflict mesage, which only option is accept changes. We've already tested our internet conections and reinstalled the XD, but NOTHING works. I've noticed that the save is delaying and that's probaly why we can't use it at the same time, but there's nothing wrong with our conections.Help me please, xx   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

I'm working on a file with 60+ artboards, with lots of components and subcomponents. Sometimes the instances of my components don't update automatically when I edit the main state, so I have to do it manually for each one of them. Is it possible to "Reset to Main State" all the instances of one component present in the document in one click? Thanks!     <The Title was renamed by moderator>

I would like to know why the default artboard preset (360*640) has been removed from the mobile artboard preset section. Whenever a UI is being designed for android, it is always designed first for that artboard @1x and then scaled to multiple resolutions(2x,3x, ..). With the Samsung preset, the ratio is 9:19, what was the reason behind going with this preset and scratching off the regular preset 360*640 (9:16)?Thanks in Advance ❤️

Is there a way to scale the component based on the length of my text field? Example: I have a "tag" component, rectangle + text. I would like the rectangle to "grow" together with the text (if I type something longer than the initial value). 

Yesterday, I linked the Color Assets from two different XD-Files (all files are stored in the cloud). Today, I realised, that the linked colors are still in the panel, but the document is no longer visible in the filter dropdown (see attachment). If I want to relink the document, I get a message "No assets found in ...", although there are still assets in this document. Also I can't delete the linked Assets, because the only way is through the filter dropdown (like described here). Now I can neither delete the linked assets nor re-link the assets. So I ended up in a dead end. The reason why I wanted to do this is as follows: I have a lot of different colors and this is very confusing. So I searched for an opportunity to do that, but there is no option (see here). So i came up with the idea to outsource the colors into different files, because then I can use the filter dropdown. In addition, I had the problem that I couldn't define duplicate Colors (like described in here
