Trying Number of times to publish my prototype links but it seems to be error "Something went wrong.Learn More (Error 44:63)

I'm running into an issue when trying to create or update a share link in Adobe XD. I get the following error message:"An error occurred while publishing your design. Error 44:63."What I tried so far:Restarted Adobe XD and Creative CloudLogged out and back into Creative CloudChecked for updates (I'm on the latest version)Tried saving the file as a new copyChecked my internet connection (it's stable)No unusual characters in artboard names Still getting the same error when trying to publish the link.Any ideas on how to fix this? I need to share my prototype with a client and I'm stuck.Thanks in advance for your help! 

Some variants of this error message: Error 44:47 and 44:23, 44:63  Try the solutions in the order in which they are listed.  Try solutions in  Error trying to use Share Online feature  Reduce number of assets in your files and retry  Split your artboards into two separate files and retry.    While we understand that the last two solutions aren't ideal, the team is aware of the issue, and is working towards fixing it.  To get in touch with Adobe Support for investigation, use this link  Contact Customer Care    Thanks,  Preran    <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Even in a new blank file  

 I stopped the firewall, added exceptions, checked the Cloud connections files, checked Adobe System Status, deleted Adobe XD, reinstalled it, then repaired and reset it, I cleared the DNS cache thinking there might be a connection problem, I reset the modem, but the problem was not solved in any way. Can you please help me on how to solve it?

Hi , I'm unable to publish links from XD. Tried all the troubleshoot methods, signed out, restarted my machine multiple times still the same issue. Need help asap!! 

Not able to create a new link  ( Error code 44:63)

I'm having the same 44:63 error that others seem to be having today. I'm unable to create a link for others to view my flows. This is causing issues with my work flow in getting my clients access to mockups. PLEASE HELP!!!

I'm still having an issue for sharing the link until the morning. Adobe are you guys fixing this?

Estou com problema para publicar arquivos novos do XD, desde hoje cedo. Já tentei varias coisas retirar assetspublicar apenas 1 paginacriei arquivo em branco, sem nada, e não publica Preciso de apoio

I'm not able to create any link. Please help me to resolve. 

Created a navigation bar and converted it to a Symbol. Using it across several pages. When prototyping I can only link the entire Symbol but cannot link any element inside the symbol.Is this expected behavior?

I wanted to publish three areas. I managed to publish one and something died. I changed the network, rebooted, checked for updates. The error is clearly on the Adobe side. Please check it out.

Hello All, I keep getting this error when I try to create a shareable link for my website prototype: "You can't create links on Creative Cloud because of your organization's sharing restrictions." I have never experienced this before and have no idea what to do. I need to fix this very soon as I have an upcoming deadline and need to share this design. I have a problem with error 44:63. The preparation of link is failed.

I've just started experiencing a problem with one particular XD file where updating my link isn't actually updating the UI shown in the web browser. I'm able to update the link like normal, but when i go into 'Share' mode i've noticed that the UI elements revert to their previous state and their updated state is visible, but greyed out (like a "ghost copy" of the changes i've made; see attached screenshot). When i finish publishing the changes and check the link, the changes i've made to the UI elements are not represented, but rather they remain in their original state. When i switch over to Share mode, the UI elements revert to their previous state and the updated UI is shown as a "ghost copy". Of course i've saved the file, closed and re-opened XD, checked for updates, rebooted, tried creating a brand new prototype link (same result), etc. I've tested it out with other XD prototype links i have (separate files) and they're working as expected. adobe xd Now the official stop updating the service, but the daily use is still in use, not long ago a dealer notified the infringement by phone, and forced to buy photoshop and Illustrator two sets of software before you can continue to use xd, is this reasonable?

Hi there, anyone else having issues just locating the app download button? I'm trying to transition from Sketch to this and I've been trying for hours at this point with no luck. I even downloaded the Windows Desktop app for CC, and am unable to find it there. Thanks for any help.  

I have XD as well as the Creative Cloud application/suite. I have it because I have a license through the university I work at. My new replacement should have the same liscence, working at same university. Looking at previous forum posts, it looks like customer service has to be contacted to give access to XD download? So can you help me with getting XD download access to my colleague?Our Adobe accounts are: tjbriggs@ualr.edu (mine, with XD) and ruprety@ualr.edu (no XD nor download to find)

Hello,I have issues when I share a file from my Adobe XD account (Creative Cloud app or Adobe XD app) with someone.When I share it, the person receives the email but cannot open it after clicking on the link (an issue mentioned many times in other discussions).However, we don’t have any account issues. We both have the latest version of Adobe XD and when he tries to open my file in his Creative Cloud Desktop app under "Shared with you," he can open it.So, does the issue come from the email sent?Thanks,Alvin
