Hi everyone , last week i realized that while I was working and saving works in Adobe programs, particularly After effects and Audition, my C:\ disc (SSD 240GB) is running out space... I didn't download  extensive files and I save everything in my D:\ .. It could be Adobe cache or something like that? Or windows stuff?? Thank you guys..

Windows 10 64 bits

If you haven't designated a secondary drive as you cache drive then that could be the issue.

Empty your chaches and assign secondary drive as the default in preferences.

Yes, it could be caches for which options exist in all the programs preferences. I would suggest you read the help on how to manage this stuff, define alternate locations, flush the caches, define a usage quota.
