After Effects Error Message

I got an error message saying 25:248 and I have no idea how to fix it. I tried deleting plugins but it fixes nothing. I can no longer use this coloring I wanted to use because of this glitch. Please help.

    Sorry for your issue.

    Do you get this error at launch? Could you try running After Effects as administrator (right its icon and select Run as administrator)?
