[HELP] Effects Control panel shows warning and the effect doesn't work [HELP]

There is a yellow triangle with exclamation mark in it on my fx control panel when I applied an effect to a path. and the effect doesn't work. what is the problem here and could anyone please help?

Which effect is it? Is it a native effect and renamed it or a third-party effect? Do you get any message when you over the mouse over exclamation mark?

I have the same problem. It is a native effect and it does show a message

And what exactly? You need to provide proper info and not just raise your finger to say "Me, too!".
