Need clear, step-by-step tutorial on how to track and replace

Hi,

I am a 61-year old man who has survived two strokes, so I am not as metally sharp as I once was. I am trying to track and replace a face with After Effects and cannot find a clearly-written tutorial on it.

If anyone can help, it will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Roland,

The video was well done but did not address what I am trying to do . . . I want to import a face from another file to replace the one I track . . . That seems to be the "hangup" . . . LOL . . . I am also having trouble with the tracking, which does not seem to stay with the face . . .
