opening file from newer version of After Effects

im trying to open a template from the internet and my software pops up saying  "After Effects error: The file you are attempting to open was created with After effects vession 13.1.1, and cannot be open with this version", i cannot find a update.

    hello there! i have the same issue but with presets, and i cant upgrade my ae cs4 to cc because my pc is 32bit how can i like convert them?
