Hi ,

video coming from youtube, Vimeo, facebook.... 99% will not work correctly inside AE and you need to transcode it again to some better codec like ProRez

Try putting the vid into PP and then export out from there. This is a long route to re-encoding but should be easier to do if you aren't used to Media Encoder. Should you still be uncertain you are welcome to wetransfer the vid to me and I will re-encode and send back to you.

Have your tried disabling the following option in preferences:

Preferences > Import > Video footage: Enable accelerated H.264 decoding (requires restart)

See if that helps.

didn't work but things become worse rather now than cutting down 1 second i need to cut 2 second at the start of the video lol . , anyway i come across something interesting it's seems when i export the video in media encoder 2018 , and using " vimeo 480p SD " or " youtube 480p SD" or  "3GP 640x480 15 fps " or " twitter 640x480" it does completely eliminate the red screen problem but i need the 720 x_x
