Text tracking (Character spacing) at Hebrew skips one letter

Hi,

While using the text tool at After Effects (Version 23.6.5, Win10) I tried to change the tracking (Character spacing) skips the first letter:

It happened only while typing at Hebrew, no matter which font, and also on a new project.
