White artifacting in AE to Premiere Dynamic Link

Hey all, quite a few of my teammates are having white stripes/artifacts show up when exporting a premiere project with AE dynamic links inside of it. It seems like it shows up whenever the project is exported at an alternative aspect ratio/size. Anyone experience this before? We're running CC2015

What, exact, version number of AE are you using? The initial release of CC 2015 (13.5.0) had quite a number of bugs.

Some types of codecs can't accommodate "alternative aspect ratios/sizes".  To what kind of media container & codec are you exporting, and what are the horizontal & vertical dimensions?

Ever since "alternative facts" was coined, I get freaked by the word "alternative".

    In one composition we're using 600x600 and another at 1080x1920 (flipped youtube basically). And just a standard h.264 and "match course" for exporting. Is there a codec we should be using instead?
