Hello, our app on dog bite prevention (for children) is based on Air SDK which was for free until Harman took over. As it is a charity project and we do not create much money with the app we cannot afford the pricing. Is there any possibility to get a "Charity status" by Harmann? Thank you, Marion

Hi,I just wanted to do a quick update on one of my iOS Apps (Published on a Mac macOS 11.2.1 / Adobe Animate 2021 / AIR 33.1.1.406) - I had to create a new developmenet certificate as my old one expired - but somehow XCode tells me each time it is: "Unable to install" my App. So I checked and re-created my certificates (.p12 files and xyz.mobileprovision), checked the list of my Test Devices on "Apples Member Center" - as I did it for years now, but I just can't installe & test the new .ipa files anymore.  I tried it on several different test devices.  I'm able to install the old test.ipa files via XCode on those devices I still have - but not one of the new published files (I also tried it out wit hseveral different AIR versions - nu success).  So did anything change lately on how to create .p12 files, using the Keychain Access (and sign) .ipa files?  Can anyone please help? Are there any instructions, tutorials or videos on how to make this

Hello,I'm looking for help to solve an ITMS 90034 error: I can no longer install an application under development for testing, nor publish it on the appstore.I downloaded the new AppleWWWDRCAG3.cer certificate, reapplied for the authority certificate, reapplied for the development and distribution certificates, then reapplied for the mobileprovision files. I imported all this on my PC.When I compile a development version (last version of animate and air), no worries, but I can't install it ( not signing with a submission apple certificate)When I compile a distribution version, it doesn't pass the transport validation, for the same reason. Hello there,Tested several AIR applications targetting native MacOS on Big Sur Beta 2 & 3, and all of them won't displays content, the only thing visible is the title bar. I reported this issue to Apple support and waiting for a reply ... or a fix. Event, official AIR runtime installation is affected by this critical issue.Hope we will have a fix before Apple releases his new OS.

any of you guys have air sdk 15, i wanted for my old project which only works at air sdk 15.

I see some older posts about this issue and tried the remedies in those from a few years ago.  None are working. I'm using AIR 33.1.1.345  Does anyone know who to get the iOS simulator working again ?

Hi,Anyone got AIR codesigning working for desktop apps using the HARMAN SDK? Everything seems to work fine when exporting the app with the code signing certificate, but when installing the .air app, I get the "Publisher identity: UNKNOWN" message. Using AIR SDK version 33.1.1.406 and AIR runtime version 33.1.1.385 

Hi,I have "a problem" with my Air Apps on iOS Devices. (Published on a Mac macOS 11.2.1 / Adobe Animate 2021 / AIR 33.1.1.345)After installing them to iOS 14.3, when opening the app (only the first time) I get this message:“This app will not work with future versions of iOS. The developer of this app needs to update it to improve its compatibility”and referring to the link:https://developer.apple.com/documentation/xcode/using_the_latest_code_signature_format Will there be fix for this with upcoming AIR Versions or what will I have to do in order to get my Apps running on iOS?  Unfortunatelly I cant (at least at the momnent!?) access the AS3Lang Forum anymore: https://discuss.as3lang.org  ...which is recommended by HARMAN.  If anyone has a clue on what to do here - I'd really appreciate it! Best regards and thanl you in advanceJan

The new ScreenMode class introduced in AIR 31 l(Release Notes Flash Player 31 AIR 31​) let's you get the different modes of a connected screen as well as the current mode. This is great, however I would also like to get the current windows scaling factor.Is this possible using the AIR api's?

I keep getting an error message aboutAdobe Air when I open an application (Traffic) that requires Adobe Air. The error message is: “Adobe AIR.framework” is damaged and can’t be opened. This has begun since I updated to macOSX Catalina. Why is this, and will an update be released to fix this? 

so when i try to download an app and open it it says need to update and i go to the website and it does nothing. why? how do i get the newest one of adobe?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, if not I'd appreciate any tips on where the appropriate forum would be, but I'm desperate. We have for years created ipa files for ipad using flash builder 4.7, Ad Hoc with our Apple Certificate and mobile provisioning. At some point late last year, ipads stopped allowing these apps to be downloaded, stating "the integrity of the app could not be verified". This is the same for apps that have previously been working fine on the same ipads as well. After a lot of tests, I stumbled across something called notarization that apple is now requiring, at this point I don't know what else it could be. IF it is a notarization issue, what are the steps for this? All places I see on how to notarize are done on MAC, while we only use PC (we deliver a separate ipa file for each client so a minimum of 60 per year would be done). Can anyone point me to a step by step process on how to notarize an ipa file on PC using our existing apple certif

Hi,Our app uses the Geolocation class to add the location that an inspection was made to the information uploaded to our web app.  This has worked fine for us up to now.    The app created the geolocation object and updates an internal variable every 30 seconds to tell us what the last known location was.  This is only used as a reference point.   Operating this way is understood to allow the GPS receiver time to make a good fix based on the satellites that are in range.On the last submission Google Play warned that it appeared to be using the BackgroundLocation services.   I tested the app and determined that the Geolocation appears to pause and resume with the app.   In addition we're unregistering from the GeolocationEvents and are setting the Geolocation object to null.   This confused me because this appears to be what Google are asking for.It wasn't enough.   I've prepared an update (which we'll try on Mon

Our App built with Flex 4.1.6.1 and AIRSDK 33.1.1.345 is landscape mode only.When the user leaves the app to e.g. take a call and returns to the app, half of the screen will be black. It looks like the app is still cut of at portrait mode display width. Is this as a bug with Android 11 or might we do anything wrong in the app?

Hello, I need Adobe AIR to run software for a lab. However, after downloading the Installer and running it and installing AIR, it is no where in my computer, and furthermore I cannot run the software. I've contacted Apple and they said it was an Adobe issue.  I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling AIR, and the software. Additionally, I've updated by Mac to the latest date, and restarted it twice. Nothing unfortunately has worked thus far. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you

Could someoe here please give me a clear work-flow for signing, using Mac tools, ipas generated on Windows?Particularly I want to re-sign completed ipas, generated in Animate, using Apple's new Intermediate Certificate.   And, last question: is there a way to do this on a PC? thanks, Craig

Just got a report from an iPhone 12 Pro Max user that the game isn't showing properly on their device. I think it is displaying in a truncated mode, with black space at the top and bottom, similar to how it would look on any iPhone if you didn't include the proper splash screen images (like Default-414w-736h@3x~iphone.png and Default-375w-667h@2x~iphone.png) for those screen sizes. Unfortunately I don't have an iPhone 12 Pro Max to test (or an iPhone 12, 12 Pro or 12 mini). I know the screen sizes for those, but without knowing what to name those files, I don't think they would work. Anyone know? Note: This sounds like a trivial issue, but is actually very serious. Without this the ads don't display properly, which could lead to ads being disabled on all of my apps and other products. That could be catostrophic, so I need to figure this out and fix ASAP. Hoping to do so without dropping big money on 3 new iPhones I don't need.

I realize Adobe Air is now supported by Harman now, but I thought I might have some luck here.I want to package an Android App Bundle with a 32 and 64 bit version I made with Adobe AnimateWhat would be the steps to do this? Create apk files with Animate?use adt to package files? If so could someone provide an example of which files (the release notes from Harman do not specify). adt -package -target aab -storetype pkcs12 -keystore myCertificate.p12 myAPK.apk myAPK64.apk AppIconsForPublish Do I need to specify the apk files or the app.xml files or the .swf files? Also I uploaded a package to the Play Store to get the message:         Your APK or Android App Bundle needs to have the package name (prefix air.<Name>) Is there a solution to this or should I wait for Harman to progress on their development of the adt tool?

I am having difficulty accessing the KET physics software because it requires Adobe Air. When I try to open adobe air it says it can not check for malicious software and it doesn't work and when I try to open the KET software it says adobe air must be updated when there is no update available

I have downloaded the SDK from the HARMAN site and followed the instructions from: https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/x-productkb/multi/how-overlay-air-sdk-flex-sdk.htmlas described in the release notes at chapter "4.3 Flash Builder". However if I want to add the FLEX SDK in FlasBuilder 4.7 I see the following error message "“Directory does not contain a Flex SDK”" after selecting the SDK Location. What is causing the problem?
