as soon as I go into the object and move it there at all then the problem resolves itself for that keyframe only and happens again once you make a new keyframe. that's why the right leg was unaffected, I had moved it in that keyframe. I want to know if there's a more permanent solution so I don't have to go into the object every keyframe?

Bonjour.Soit deux calques, avec chacun une interpolation classique d'un trait. Sur le premier calque, il est appliqué alpha 100 à alpha 0, sur le deuxième calque, alpha 0 à alpha 100, de façon que le deuxième, double en épaisseur du premier, semble une augmentation du premier.Jusque là, rien de compliqué.Mais je voudrais appliquer globalement un alpha 100 à 0 au groupe de ces deux calques (donc, sans affecter ce qu'il y a derrière ces traits, c'est-à-dire sans affecter les calques sous-jacents).Si c'est possible, je ne vois pas dans l'aide comment procéder...           

I've just started migrating our HTML5 Canvas applications from CreateJS 2015 to CreateJS 1.0, and I've already encountered what seems to be a critical regression in its behavior-- single-frame movieclips only execute the code on their root timeline once, the first time the movieclip is added to the stage. If the clip appears multiple times along the timeline, and/or the entire timeline loops, that code never executes again. So before I start tearing my hair out trying to figure out how to fix this, I figured I'd ask here first to see if anyone else has already faced and resolved this problem. I have discovered that listening for the "added" event can trigger code every time a single-frame clip pops onto the stage, but this feels like a bit of a circuitous hack.

I noticed that in 2023 version of Animate, while exporting to SVG (legacy) there is no option "Optimize for Character Animator" which saved the layers names... is it somewhere else? 

After importing an audio file to the timeline in an Animate project and extending it, the audio only plays when I start on the first frame, not when I play the video from any other point. How can I fix this?

I thought the Animate change that makes single-frame movieclip code only execute once was bad, but this is so bad I'm half-convinced I must be hallucinating it. Okay, in an HTML5 Canvas document, say you have a movieclip with 5 frames, and on each frame there's "console.log(1);", then "console.log(2);" etc up to "5"  and a "this.stop(); "on the fifth frame. Oh and there's like a red ball or something to make it visible. Now put this movieclip on the root timeline. Say, 10 frames long. Drop an F7 blank keyframe on the last frame so when the main timeline loops the movieclip will be removed from and re-added to the display list. Finally, run it and open the browser's developer console. This is what you'll see:123454321...over and over for as long as you let it run. Every time the movieclip is re-added to the display list, something in CreateJS is apparently rewinding the movieclip to its first frame and for some insane reason executing every frame action along the way

Hi, recently i animated a character, after a while i added some patern on his shirt with mask, now for compositing, i want to merge masked layer and shirt layer to be one single layer so i can work with it in after effects. But adobe animate wont let me do it, what can i do?Thanks

Hi, i'm creating a plugin to export all MovieClips from a library to a custom format using "Custom Platfrom SDK" (CPSDK)And so, when I approached implementation of exporting "9-slice" MovieClips, I began to look for a way to get a rectangle with coordinates for it in "DOM" headers, but I did not find it. I also tried to look for some code in sample plugin, but I also did not find anything that could be related to this.I noticed that jsfl API has some similarities to headers that are provided in CPSDK and since jsfl documentation is much more convenient (for me) than CPSDK docs I started looking for ways to get what I want there.I found that "symbolItem" (aka DOM::LibraryItem::ISymbolItem in C++) has a scalingGridRect method to get "a Rectangle object that specifies the locations of the four 9-slice guides", exactly what I need.Also here I need properties like "sourceFilePath".But in CPSDK there is only a lone GetTimeLine function.So ISymbolItem has a lot of missing propertiesIs there a

Hi all,I understand this youtube tutorial "https://youtu.be/252kA6UkhMo" is from years ago. I'm tyring to implement the concept of masking to animate drawing a dotted line in animate 2023. It works in the editor but when I go back to the main scene timeline and lock the mask and the layer below it, they both disappear. Also, when I play the animation on the browser, all I get is white blank page. Please see attached youtube video, the video I recorded and the screenshot. Thank you.

That element is displayed on all layers, and there is no way to select, edit, or delete it. please help

Hey folks,Hoping someone has some insight here. This occasionally happens, but usually clears up on its own or if I close out of a project:Usually if you hide a layer, it disappears. If you show a layer, it reappears. Something weird is happening where if I show a previously hidden layer, a checkerboard icon appears in the place of the eye icon, and all the layers are somewhat transparent. Very strange. Nothing I do seems to make a difference.Ive included a screenshot. 

So before I mask the layer with the shade. This shade effect is what I want applied only to the character layer with the blending mode "multiply" on.  Basically, making the blending mode layer (blue shade) but only masked to the character.  But after masking that said blending mode multiply layer to the character. The blending mode effect disappears and doesn't work.(For additional information, the character is a symbol) I need help on applying these. As I've tried searching all other methods but to no avail.   

I'm trying to learn Adobe Animate and practice making HTML 5 ads.  Text is all animating fine. We have a little character I wanted to show waving. But when I added Asset Warp, the output became glitchy. It looks fine when I play in the timeline, but when i export it becomes stilted and glitchy. Is what I'm trying to do possible? What can I do differently?

It was my first time using Adobe Animate CC and I already finished my animation so I could upload it on YouTube. When exporting, there's no audio but I didn't know you have to set it to Stream from the sound settings and so I did that. I tested the animation and the audio is not syncing with animation, even though it was perfectly synced when the sound was set to Event, I feel like I didn't sync my animation properly with the audio. (Both of the animation and audio are completely normal.) I was kind of upset and confused after I also exported the mov that time, the animation was inverted (so is the watermark) and I don't really know how to fix this. All I did was to flip my art in separate keyframes horizontally, nothing happened, this final export is different from my stage play. My stage was completely normal. I was very sure I didn't mean to animate half of everything in inverted canvas. There was also another frame glitching before it even shows up as well. It took me a l

It seems to be stuck in the smallest possible setting, and i've absolutely wonked out my workspace just trying to resize the thing. What am i missing? I've included a video of what i mean

so I know that there are people who actually managed to solve the error but for some reason a little while ago the sounds that I put in the animations didn't even make the sounds with the lowest pitch, and I already tried to use the tips that people gave to others but it didn't help much, I tried in Adobe CS6 but it had the exact same error, help me please I've been trying to find the solution for more than 2 days

when ever i try to make a pen stroke, it keeps on lagging at the beginning of said stroke and when it finally does do a curve theres this line at the beginning. And if u also hold on for more than a second, this weird loading thingy pops up and when you finlly let go these options like, "paste in center" comes up, please help!!

This issue just recently started, and I am not sure what changed, but when I try to export an MP4 file from Animate, Media Encoder gives me this error message: "Could not create the output. Please check if the output is read only or locked."Please help!

Hello,i have a problem with the cursor( top_right cursor on time line, with 2 triangle).The cursor  is moved to its maximum.But When i use a animation or a video tha's exceed 13 sec, i can't see ALL the  compostion withotu move the bottom bar in the timeline.So, Can we change the maximum value of time visible on the screen in the timeline ?it's very painful because I take a lot of time if my video is long to move me from point A to point BI dont have this problem in after effect.Thank you for your answers

Une brosse imite le panache d'un avion acrobatique et grossit tout en se diluant dans le ciel (la dilution n'a pas été appliquée pour les captures d'écran). Un segment droit ne pose pas de problème, il est transformé, agrandi et un masque permet de n'avoir que la partie "utile" (captures d'écran).  Mais l'avion effectue des courbes et des cercles. Et là, impossible bien sûr de grossir le panache sans ouvrir le rayon (ou diamètre). Sauf si vous avez une autre solution, il me semble que la seule est d'utiliser une brosse vectorielle qui permettra de grossir le motif sans toucher au rayon (ou diamètre).Animate permet-elle l'utilisation de brosses vectorielles, et quel est le suffixe du nom de brosses vectorielles utilisées? L'app Capture génère-t-elle des brosses vectorisées compatibles avec Animate?

I'm trying to export (save) the color panel with Tagged Swatches. For some mysterious reasons, it only saves the normal swatches, but not the Tagged Swatches. Obviously we are in the 21st century, and I am a bit baffled - what's the point of having Tagged Swatches, if you can't reuse them in another file?!thanks.
