Hi, I need to make animated logo with output format of SVG. I'm thinking to use Adobe Animate for this purpose, but have found information that some of features/functionality might not work properly with this solution.  Could you confirm if it's safe tool in this case, or you would suggest another , better way to edit my logo?

Hi guys. I'm completing a bright colourful animation using Animate CC 2024 which I exported it in Quicktime. The audio is terrific but the rich colours are washed out and insipid. The colour palette is so bright and vibrant on the animate stage, but just horrible in the export. It used to be simple to adjust colour on a slider in Quicktime but that seems to have gone. In animate CC 2024 I can't find a way to enrich the colour depth. How can I get my bright vibrant colours back? The whole animation looks dull and white washed in Quicktime. Please can someone help and send me screen shots or suggest a way to brighten the colours? I exported using 1920 x 1080 dimensions and Quicktime - Apple ProRes 422 (HQ) setting. Maybe something else would be better to bring back the colours? Thank you for any help in advance! I really hope you have some suggestions 🤞 Wishes, nikki 

My swf file can be opened with Animate and work there. However, I cannot save it as an Animate file, nor convert it to a working HTML5. It is the latter I want to be able to do. I got fine help in the Adobe chat, so that now it can be opened from Animated. Converting it to HTML5 (Control/Test) starts out but never finishes the conversion. The resulting file only contains 4 time frames and is not interactive. I attach my file in case someone is able to resolve the issue. Once you have the file in Animate, you should press 'Luk velkomst' to start it. Then you should drag one part of the figure to the other (the figures are two semiconductors (n-doped and p-doped) to construct a solar cell. After the two pieces are brought together. When I tried to create a new project by clicking "File", then "New" all it shows up is a black screen. I'm using MacOS Sonoma. Is there a way to fix this?

Hello, I am having trouble making my character rig, I already have each symbol ready but for some reason every time I try to edapt the symbols to use the rigging tool that is in the edaptools on animate it will not allow me to. I feel like there might be one small mistake that Im not seeing myself that is making it so the software isnt able to do it correctly. Please give it a look. Attached is the file. I've been working on this animation for a while and have been creating symbols and adding filters to them. Its been working but all of a sudden refuses to work on my newest symbol.Please Help! 

I'm trying to work on a video where I i need a puppet rig turned around which I did using the transform tool's "flip horizontally" option. One of the symbols of the rig did not flip properly like the rest and when i tried to use the free transform tool, it put a huge black box around the symbol. Not only that, but it doesn't respond when I try to move it. Also I tried moving the whole rig and it started forming grea bars in the area where I treid to move it and just kind of acting buggy. This has happened before when I once tried to use 2 pupet rigs at the same time. I have a decent computer with more than the minimum requrements but i swear it acts like its too much for the processer to handle. Any ideas how to fix this? 

Hey, I've noticed ive recently had trouble using my mouse to select multiple frames. Usually if i want to transfer many frames at once i click and drag to select multiple frame and it works great. But over the last two days this aspect seems to be bugging out. LIke if i drag vertically to select frames it'll end up selecting and dragging the first few frames i scroll over before i let go. Anyone else notice any issues with this aspect lately? 

When I drag a clip from the library onto the stage, the default anchor point is centered:How do I get Animate to stop doing that?  I want the default to be top-left, which occurs when you double click the anchor point : Under document setting there is this:  Is that just for the stage? How do I change the default anchor point location for objects?  Thanks.

Hello, I'm new to Adobe Animate. I had trouble creating an HP bar for my character while creating a game in Adobe Animate. When the enemy touches/hits the character, their health will decrease. Also, I encountered a bug with the coding that caused my character to attack the enemy when the spacebar key was pressed. I'd be grateful if someone could teach me Adobe Animate and help me T_T.  No one thought to put a search/filter bar on that window? Why make users scroll, hunt and hope to find?  This uneccesary limitation really slows down my productivity.Every other program I use from other companies seem to manage that just fine, but this basic UI design never occurred to Adobe? When can customers expect this to be implemented? Thanks.  

Hi Everyone! I'm just gathering information ahead of a client project that's about to start. I'll be creating some interactive infographics and then inserting them into a site that's being built in Squarespace. Does anyone have any knowledge, hands on experience or any info on the best approach to this? So far, this is what I know: Export the HTML5 Canvas doc/filesUpload files to a file hosting service such as Dropbox or Google Drive. Or the comapny server.Copy the direct link to the HTML file.In Squarespace, Add a code block.Paste the HTML code into the Code Block.Publish Page Now, I've used the Code Block before to display forms etc and have had some issues where the block won't dislay the form correctly.Asking here if there is any other information that can be shared in addition to what I've shared above to mitigate and display issues. I have a MovieClip that contains a Dynamic Text lable with a string value: I want to use the value of prodID to populate a string of code, variables are set up here: pID = this.prodID.text;  That returns CHEMLOK289290286 and next: tID = "t_" + pID;  That creates t_CHEMLOK289290286 which is a variable and should display its value of: Chemlok® 289/290 where referenced; This is the executed script: this.pBTN.b_Title.text = tID;  Instead of displaying the var's value, it displays "t_CHEMLOK289290286" in the button label.It should instead display Chemlok® 289/290 as it does with the hand coded script:  this.pBTN.b_Title.text = t_CHEMLOK289290286; Shouldn't this.pBTN.b_Title.text = tID; be the exact equivalent of that hand coded script? next line:  this.pBTN.addEventListener("click", pID.bind(this));  That should render as CHEMLOK289290286.bind but it does not, instead it errors: Uncaught Type

Hi, here is my problem,I create a dynamic text field in animate (CC2019), import and select a google font (Lato for instance).The problem is that the google font has 10 styles (thin, thin Italic, Light, Light Italic, Regular, Regular Italic, Bold, Bold italis, black, black italic) but once imported in animate and selected has web font family (at the top of the list with the "F" in a circle icon) the only styles available are : regular, regular italic, bold, bold italic...This is happening with all google fonts... on the other hand if I use a Typekit font all styles appears in the drop down selector.I need to use the google font (client's choice).Can you help me to sort this out please?many Thanks!

Was trying to post a question about a problem. But now I have to post a question as to why the forum won't allow me to upload an animate file to the post. It keeps saying:"Correct the highlighted errors and try again.The attachment's recover_character rigging_b.fla content type (application/octet-stream) does not match its file extension and has been removed."I received file from my student through email. I've tried opening, saving a copy, renaming and saving to different locations on the computer but it keeps saying the same thing. Any assistance would be great.  

Hello, Looking to hopefully have Google analytics pick-up when a user reaches a certain (canvas) frame - roughly, a frame would equal a page on a normal website as far as GA is concerned. Is this possible to do? ..and if so, could you please advise the script for the frame? Thank you.

my toolbar disappeared a couple of days ago. I tried reinstalling the program and resetting the settings via Edit > Preferences >Code Editor > Reset and select default values. but none of this helped.

This weird textbox appeared over my layers panel. It's stock in this position. I've tried closing the timeline and opening it back up. I've tried closing animate and opening it back up. These text box can't be removed and they are just stuck in this position. Anyone know what this is about? (Screenshot provided below) Thank you!

Is there a way to change the constrain angle like you can in Illustrator? I am trying to animate an isometric drawing and I need to move objects at 30 degree angles. 

Hey I tried exporting my .fla file into a mp4 file, and each time it keeps crashing animate cc. I'm using adobe animate cc 2020  and I'm not to sure whats causing the problem if anyone wants to check it out. here's the file below.

Can we do trim path animation of vector files in adobe animate instead of after effects???
