Camera Raw adjustments not updating in Bridge, Photoshop conversions from RAW to jpeg not showing

All software is up to date with latest versions, just suddenly not updating.  Selecting original  RAW image into ACR does show the adjustments, but still not back in Bridge.  Have cleared the cashe & rebooted to no effect.
