How can I repeat a set of movements?

So I created a set of movements for an arrow that goes up and down a few times.

Later on the video I want the arrow to do the same movement.

Is there a way to have an object repeat the same set of movements that have been done before without having to build each one of the movements again? 

This would save tons of times.
