I can´t download Coldfusion 2016 from the Adobe website.I found the right page. I fill out the info form. I select linux 64 version. I press download. A broken link page is displayed.I see someone else posted the same problem 2 months ago but there has been no reply.Any help, please?Bob

My Boss is really pissed off at me. Without knowledge I have advise my boss to purchase ColdFusion Standard License but we really needed ColdFusion Enterprise License.Is there a way we can refund and get ColdFusion Enterprise License?

I'm only posting this because it is not coming up when i search on the text in the subject.I'm using CF 11,0,11,301867  on Server 2012 with IIS 8 for both the web service itself and the web service being called.I'm dumping the error structure in a custom error page and getting this:1. The apps are currently housed on the same server, but were not originally.  both servers have this error2. Hi, I need help on the function REFindNocase. The project is old and still using CF9 so there is a limitation on what can be use. Each student has a different BookSelectList. Example: it can be NULL (which allows them to see all books), or 1 (which allows them to see only Book A) or 1,2,3 (which allows them to see only Book A, B, C) We have the below: <cfif REFindNocase("(1|2|3|4|5|6)",#Selection.BookSelectList#)>     <cfinclude template="showbooks.cfm"> </cfif> Which works fine until we hit book 10, since 10 consist of "1". REFindNocase will return 1 and display something they are not meant to see. What can I do to avoid that? Can REFindNOcase compare Numbers instead of String? If so, how it can be done? I have a Windows 2012R2 server running CF 11.  ColdFusion is running as a local service account, and is working properly for all other applications on this web server. I am migrating an old app over from ColdFusion 8 that requires Windows Authentication.  When using Anonymous access, the users can access the app and it works properly.  When I turn on Windows Authentication, users are getting a 401 error.  Event Viewer shows a successful logon (4624).  If they access "file.cfm", they get a 401 error.  If they access "file.txt", they get the contents of the file successfully.  Authentication is successful, apparently, and both files have the same permissions.  When the user is made a local Administrator, he is able to access the file.  Taking away Administrator privileges, we get the 401.  I tried giving that user full control over webroot, over CF.root, over everything I could think of, but no luck.  I tried using ProcMon to point m

Just like the title asks... is there a simple way to download the hotfixes and updates for CF11?I visited the adobe site, click link after link which led to a broken URL for a blog. Isn't there just a list and a download link available? I have to install these settings on the PC that doesn't have the internet connection

It appears that I am going to have to upgrade my installation.I believe the first step is to get a car file from my current installation. The problem is that I keep getting errors when I try to do it. On the "Archive Information" page and try to "Select All" I get the following error;Element VERITY.COLLECTIONS is undefined in REQUEST.Every time I try to change tabs I get a javascript error as follows;Uncaught ReferenceError: setFormValue is not definedThe buildWizard has the same setFormValue error.Is there any way around those errors?Thanks,Joe Klovance

I am using coldfusion 2016 and I am attempting to create a simple bar chart with an arrow above one of the bars in the chart.  I know that coldfusion uses zingcharts for its charting library and I know that zingcharts is able to add arrows  (Chart Arrows | ZingChart ).  Is there a way to accomplish this using cfchart?To further complicate the issue, I would like these charts to appear in a pdf which is generated using cfdocument.  Is this possible?If not, is there an easy way to use a 3rd party charting library (such as d3, chart.js, etc) to generate charts for use in a pdf generated using cfdocument?

We are attempting to deploy a java client in CF to make talking to webservices (specifically, parsing the response) a lot simpler. The problem we appear to be running into is that the server is using the Jersey Jackson provider and Client Builder instead of the RestEasy jars provided with the distribution. Does anyone know how to force CF to use the RestEasy jars? We have deployed the client jar and all required dependency jars (including RestEasy) under their own path. We have confirmed that CF is seeing the client jar by instantiating the java client  and calling certain functions. We can get up to the point where it attempts to call out to the server. Unfortunately, the error information we are receiving in CF is not particularly helpful. I believe the last one just simply told us that there was an error but nothing us any use.** Note: I am the Java side of this implementation and do not know CF very well. I have a Windows 2012R2 server(iis 8.5) running Coldfusion 11 Developer edition.  I have 6 instances running on the server.  They work fine and everything seems to be configured correctly.When I restart the server, the main instance starts up correctly, but the other 6 instances don't autostart.  I have to go into instance manager and start each instance.I don't see any errors in any logs and can;t figure out why they won;t start after a server/service restart.

Request www.electionsonline.com using anything other than Safari on a Mac, and all works perfectly. Request www.electionsonline.com/index.cfm using any browser on any OS and all works.But request only www.electionsonline.com using Safari on a Mac and it simply hangs for several minutes until timing out. index.cfm is set in IIS to be the default document.This only started after migrating the site to AWS on a Windows Server 2016 machine running IIS 10. Prior to that (different hosting company, using Windows Server 2008 R2) the site honored the default document, index.cfm, without any problems.

I've been working on tracking down some funkiness with cfcharts. specifically their memory use.  This is what I've noticed about it in CF2016 Update 3. Adobe uses EHcache to cache cfcharts in a Cache Instance called "CF_Chart_CacheManager".The "CF_Chart_CacheManager" doesn't get created until you use the cfchart tag.Previous versions of CF used to have the ability to set Threads in the CFAdmin, CF2016 does not, although this is still available in the adminapi. Not sure if it works. The docs says you can set this from 1 to 5.You can't set a custom Disk cache location.  I can't set it in CFAdmin, the neo-graphing.xml, or the adminapi. It always resets back to the default.Changing the settings CFAdmin->  Server Settings -> Charting requires a restart to take affect.The Time-To-Live only appears to work when cache type is set to Disk Cache. I have used ColdFusion for database interaction (in standard form-submit based apps). Right now I need to attempt something fancier. The plan is to use JQuery to do an Ajax post of variables to a server, and I'm hoping to use ColdFusion to handle these Ajax requests.  I have no experience with Ajax, but I'm hoping to learn. Can someone please refer me to some examples so I can figure out how to do this? Sorry to be such a newbie on the topic. I appreciate any help.

Windows server 2003, coldfusion 9I recently dropped AT&T (yeah!) but was assigned a newstatic IP from our new internet service provider (uh oh…).We use a browser-based medical record system (old and nolonger supported) for a small medical practice. Inside the office LAN, it worksfine. I reconfigured our router with the new IP info and we can access theinternet fine. I port-forwarded incoming traffic to the server correctly, butwe can no longer log in to the site from outside the LAN.
