It didn't work yesterday. It works with Skype and Zoom. I made a couple of adjustments and want a trial as I have a presentation on Monday. I would like access to a trial.I do not have Adobe Connect and my hosts have a full schedule already-- feel like it is my responsibility to make sure this works.

Hi. I receive the message 'your account has expired'. I googled for a solution and found instructions on how to fix it, except the steps to do it is nowhere on Adobe connect or Adobe Entrerprise Management. Extremely frustrating. Worst experience of my life, even Pastel are better
I only can see full screen "Camera and Voice" screen. At some point during a meeting the slides and chat box was covered and the "Camera and Voice" screen was enlarged. I have tried to reinstall the add on. I have tried restarting the computer. I have tired using a different browser. And I don't see any other options on the screen that it is in. This is the view that I have now. Please help!
I am having problems viewing the whole screen in a meeting. It happens with various companies as well as recordings of meetings. Almost like it's mirrored:
HiI am a virtual training facilitator using Adobe Connect 9.For the last couple of weeks, I have had some participants claiming they couldn't see a PowerPoint slide I was sharing.The session starts with PowerPoint slides, and they didn't have any problem viewing it at the beginning. Seems like it always happens AFTER I finish sharing my desktop and coming back to the ppt slide in the middle of the session. They just saw a black loading screen.So far the problem was solved by participants and/or myself logging back into the session.I have been doing the session for about a year using the same computer(Windows 10), but this never happened before. Just for the last couple of weeks.Any advice will be appreciated.Thank you.Jazzmeg
A person using a Surface Pro 4 has difficulties whenever using Adobe Connect. The webcam is very pixelated. It used to work fine. The last two weeks have been really bad. Any ideas of what to try?
Recently I had disabled the Adobe Presenter Add-in in PowerPoint. When I tried to re-enable it, nothing worked. I even tried all 6 solutions on Adobe's help site.What finally worked was going into Programs and Features, finding Microsoft Office, clicking on the Change tab (or right-clicking and choosing Change), and doing an online repair. Eventually Office was reinstalled on my computer.When the Office installation was complete, I clicked on Start (Windows), searched for PowerPoint, and then Ran PowerPoint as an administrator. Voila! The Adobe Presenter tab now appeared in the ribbon.
I am troubleshooting an audio issue for my son who takes online classes hosted through Adobe Connect. The operating system is OS X 10.11.6 (to date the latest), Flash Player is at Version 22.0.0.209, and I installed Version 11.9.977.321 of the Adobe Connect Add-In earlier today.The other participants in the meeting can hear sound from my mic. The Audio Setup Wizard completes with Success. And, yet, audio from the other participants is either played through the internal speakers of my MacBook Pro or not at all. This is in spite of the fact that in the Sound preference pane of System Preferences the Bluetooth headset is selected both on the Input and Output tabs. Audio from the iTunes application does play in the headset.Evidently, Adobe Connect is unable to correctly route audio based on the setting of the preferences.Should I just chalk this up to a bug that Adobe won’t address, or can something be done? I currently cannot spend money on a different headset for my son, plus something w

Hello!I have a problem with integration of Adobe Connect and Efront learning managment system. I read that it is possible somehow despite the fact that there are no special module in Efront for Adobe Connect, but that's what the Efront support said:"Connecting eFront with Adobe Connect Pro was in our Roadmap on the past.It was never materialized due to resource restrictions. However, it was feasible using efront api and the interconnection offered from Adobe Connect Pro (if that helps)."So, does anybody know how it is possible to do? Because I don't have programming skills. Thank you very much.

I have a question regarding VPN and Adobe Connect. From reading the best practices, I know that a VPN is discouraged. Does this mean that VPN is not an officially supported connection with Adobe Connect?
So, the swf version of the our Presenter exported were working on mobile somehow in the Meeting Rooms, but now they're just showing a grey screen after I played a video in it's own pod.But on the mobile device, it's acting like it's showing the screens. We can hear the embedded audio, and if you unsynce you get a navigation to go the other slides even though it's they're all grey. The html export doesn't show up at all. Just get the "unsupported content" error when we tried in the Classroom setupAnyone else have this issue?

I’m a Adobe Connect user and I have a question regarding a camera.Currently I’m using a 720-pixel Logicool to send video to the Adobe screen.But I’m thinking about buying a higher resolution Logicool such as 1080p.Do any of you know if Adobe Connect support 1080p cameras? And if it does not support 1080p, could you tell me what pixel Adobe Connect can handle?
Hi can someone please offer some advice.I am hosting virtual workshops on a mac. Since updating to the new Mojave OS yesterday Connect seems to be crashing every 10 mins! To be fair it was cdrashing before the update but not as regularly as now.Any advice would be greatly appreciated please.Ben
