Need some help, pretty please. Here is what I’m trying to achieve:Facilitate training using Adobe Connect with a mix of onsite/offsite audience:onsite participants joining me in a training room offsite participants joining through audio conferenceAt the same time, I need to use my USB headset to record our training sessions for future training materials purposes.How do I make this happen?This is what I’ve set up:Set up the Adobe connect webinar with my Intercall audio profile so participants can dial in from their conference roomsFrom the training room, initiated the webinar and used the option to Listen Only so I could use my USB headsetFrom the training room, used the conference phone to dial into the webinar and muted that line so participants can’t hear background noises from the roomHad a participant also dial into the webinarProblems encountered:Participant was able to hear me speak through the USB headset but I could hear my voice echo through the conference phone line. Hi,I am new at Adobe Connect. I have a Adobe Connect hosted environment (version 9.5 Hosted by Adobe) that I will need to integrate with external tools, like moodle and worldpress.At the moment, I only have a unique userid and unique password (unique logon) requirement.How can I do that?Thanks in advance
I have a 4k screen on my laptop. Websites scale fine but when I am in an Adobe Connect session, the scaling is way off and the font size seems to be something like .5 pt, if that. Is there a way to increase the font size of the Adobe Connect sections? Changing resolution on my laptop does not fix the issue.That is the resolution I get no matter if I am at 3840 x 2160 or 1024 x 768. It is too hard for my shared screen to be read by others.
We've been using Adobe Connect for a while. Recently, we discovered an odd issue difficult to duplicate. After we finish a recording we routinely move it from Meetings to Content but sometimes the recording gets lost in the process.We typically follow these steps:1) go to Meetings -> Shared Meetings2) in the Meeting List select a meeting3) tick/select a recording of a Meeting to move4) click Move to Folder5) select a Content folder to move the selected recording to6) click Move7) a confirmation pops up: The following items were moved successfully.😎 go to the Content folder where the recording was moved to and locate it there9) invoke either of these actions Edit Recording or Make Offline, they both yield the same error: "Not Found The selected resource does not exist. Does anyone know a way to customize the time format when using the {event-time} field in an email? The time can be customized in the event templates but apparently not in the email templates? For example, I would like to show just the date (formatted differently than the default Day Date Month Year) or just the start time. I would also like to customize the {time-zone} field so it does not display so much non-essential and confusing information. Although, since the time is always static in email messages, and all of our events are in the same time zone, I could just type our time zone in the text field.Another option would be to create custom templates for each event and manually enter the times and dates to appear however I want.Any other ideas are appreciated.Thanks!craig

I know how to disable it in here: chrome://settings/contentExceptions#ppapi-brokerI need to be able to remove it all together though otherwise I can't actually do the install process for the video.cheers,

Hi Connect Community!I'm using Captivate 8 and 9 to publish user-interactive content (quizzes, games, etc.) A request came to add the published course to our Adobe Connect Training/Meeting and have the facilitator of the virtual class use the Sync button to allow participants to fully interact with the Captivate demo/simulation on their own. The Captivate user documentation explains how this is supposed to work, but every time we test the content inside of Connect, the Sync and Unsync button functionality does not behave as intended. Sync is supposed to allow the facilitator to show their screen to allow participants to see facilitator actions. When facilitator turns Sync Off (Un-sync) participants are supposed to be able to fully interact with the Captivate demo/simulation on their own. We're running Connect 9.5 (not sure of the service pack). Can someone shed light on potential or known issues?Regards,Ryan
dear all, my company is recently having a big issue with seminar recordings. we can't edit or download the last two recordings. when we try to edit or download the rec the system give us a feed back "resource unavailable" or open a web page that never finish loading. Is anyone having the same issue? thanks to all
Hello,First post here but I did look around some and could find anyone else with this same issue. I am installing Adobe Connect 9.1 on a machine but it looks like it almost completes on the progress bar and then it closes out. Nothing shows up in the Application Event Viewer. One thing I did notice was that under the Digital Signatures tab it shows it being signed by Adobe Systems Incorporated and the Digest Algorithm is sha1 with a Timestamp of Friday, July 27, 2007 1:44:38 PM. The reason I bring this up is that fact that we just had the following Windows update install, KB3123479 (MS & TechNet Links).So my what I think is happening Adobe Connect 9.1 is not installing due to the KB blocking it since it is after the date and is not signed by a SHA-2 cert. Will Adobe be releasing a newly signed copy of the software? Anyone have an idea?
I have been tagged as host or participant on other trainers meetings and need to delete these meetings from my home page. Some trainers have left the company.
I uploaded two mp4 files to Connect Central. They were originally created on an iPhone and both play without problem on my computer, YouTube, Facebook, etc. When I load them to an Adobe Connect Share pod, one is rotated 90 degrees and the other is upside down (rotated 180 degrees). What's going on. How do I correct this?

I ran a seminar session through Connect this morning, as well as one yesterday. These occurred in two separate Seminar rooms (two different URLs, and both scheduled).In each session, I had many strange things occur. I have the Share Pods connected throughout the seminar session, in several layouts and in the breakout rooms. I have a .pptx presentation shared in one of these pods that is shared throughout the session, so that everyone is seeing the same screen in the breakout rooms. Halfway through the scheduled session, half of my participants were seeing slides in the presentation that I was not seeing on my own screen. They would have to manually move forward in the presentation share pod to meet me on the correct slide. During this time, they were "participants" according to my attendee pod. One of my colleagues was also in the seminar session, and according to their attendee pod, several of our participants were promoted to "Presenters" halfway through

I connect Mac based computer, sony pxw-x70 and blackmagicdesign ultrastudio. Then in Adobe Connect,when I set the webcam 'blackmagic(NTSC) 8bit' it works but if I set 'blackmagic(NTSC) 10bit', it always in error. what do I need to do?
How many participants before there are problems? I'm planning a voice/data meeting. What would be the limit on participants?
In the past 60 days or so, Adobe Connect has been freezing up for the participants. I just did a session with my partner and it would freeze up about every 5 minutes. This is completely unworkable. I am on very high speed fiber optic here and so is my partner. Today was just like last week, lots of lockups and he needed to restart his session each time.We are both on Windows 10/64 bit computers and we are on i7 Core machines, 8-16GB or RAM and simply FAST computers.We have had this problem at lower resolutions and at higher resolutions from the presenter.The same issues when I teach on-line. Students see a frozen screen, but they see my mouse move.My partner was presenting today and I did not touch my mouse or keyboard. Screen saver is not on. Hardware Acceleration was disabled on both computers as a trial of that stuff.Overall, Adobe Connect has become extremely unreliable. Note that VoIP has been fine and unbroken. Also, streaming
