Hello, I have a problem using Adobe connect in my classes OpenEnglish, the voice sounds distorted slow and therefore can not fully understand me and I could not take my normal classes, if anyone can help me I will be very grateful. when I use the application to record normal voice my computer does not happen or video call for example in Facebook, please is urgent, I hope you can help me. Thank you
Hola, tengo un inconveniente al utilizar Adobe connect en mis clases de OpenEnglish, la voz suena lenta y distocionada por lo tanto no se me entiende bien y no he podido tomar mis clases normales, si alguien me puede ayudar estare muy agradecida. cuando utilizo la aplicacion para grabar voz normal de mi computador no sucede esto ni en videollamada por ejemplo en Facebook, por favor es urgente, espero que me puedan ayudar.Gracias
I would like to buy Adobe Meeting directly from the Adobe billing platform but the date for this keeps changing. It is currently April 1st. I do not want to buy from third party suppliers. Especially those crocodiles like Intercall that try to bill $500 for no service, just to open an account, and then want the usual Adobe licence fee as well.

I left my recording going for too long, and I want to edit it and chop off the end. However, when I choose "Edit Recording" it takes me to a page that says, "the slected resource does not exist."The previous recordings I have work just fine. So I don't understand why it's not allowing me to edit. Any ideas?
I know it is possible with Training and not possible in Meetings. But what about Seminars? That's the subscription my company has.
We've discovered that there is no "logout" link or button in an Adobe Connect meeting room ver. 9.2.1.....I'm not referring to Adobe Connect Central but rather the actual meeting room.If I enter a meeting room using a username and password and then choose "Meeting" > "Exist Adobe Connect" my session (cookie) persists. If a second user attempts to re-enter the room using the same machine/browser there is no login prompt and the 2nd user get straight into the room but appears as the previous user.The lack of a logout button or link is a security risk when a computer is shared by more than one user. This is now major show stopper at our University.Is this a known issue?
Greetings. I am creating a quiz in Adobe Captivate 9 (PC, Windows 7 enterprise) and making it available to learners through Adobe Connect. I have set up the content, the course, and shared the curriculum with multiple learners. When I look at the .CSV file for the Answers Report, I cannot determine which learner answered which question. I could of course look online at each learner's responses for each question, but that is cumbersome and cannot be downloaded in any case. So, in the aggregated answers file, how can I sort the responses by learner? Naturally, I have to have an answer as soon as possible. thanks!

Can anyone offer insight on best practices when uploading a video to the share pod? I understand that the maximum file size is a bit over 100MB but there does seem to be other issues that can affect playback. I uploaded a 65MB SD video that plays back fine on all devices but playback of a 10MB HD video and the audio lags. Why? Clearly file size isn't the problem here, but why does a much smaller HD video cause audio lag when a large SD video doesn't?
When a presenter is presenting and a comment is made a white box pops up and interrupts the meeting - can these be deactivated?We do a lot of streamed meetings to other offices. The format is usually a PowerPoint presentation that is screen shared to the rest of the group.The set up is that I as the admin open and host the meeting and invite the presenter to share their screen both with the online audience and on the big screen. In full screen, when a comment is made it shows up on the big screen and is very distracting. Can we disable the message pop ups?
Hello!Is there a Moodle plugin (Free/ Premium) available, that supports Seminars for Adobe connect integrations?We have successfully integrated Adobe Connect Pro in Moodle 2.7, using which the Adobe meetings are being created.However, we are looking for a Moodle plugin, that would help us create new "Seminar Rooms" via Moodle 2.7 integration.
Why does the presenter only area and layouts disable when I start the breakout rooms? Is there a way to change this?

We are new to Connect and have gotten set up and running with no issues...but...we can't upload content. It is giving the red error message: You do not have permission to perform this operation. Please contact an Account Administrator for assistance. We switched permissions to publish, but still nothing. What are we missing?
Is there a way using Adobe Connect application to transfer a file (.txt, .docx, etc.) from a Windows 7 PC to an iPad?Not Sharing, but actually download to the iPad once it has been uploaded from the PC.I tested, never saw anything on the iPad that there was anything to download.Thanks for any input.

Hi,My students are recording her learning with AdobeConnect. Actually, the first drive is full and I added a second drive ( DATA, E: ) but I'm not found how I can move automaticaly these recordings on this second drive.Is it possible ?
