HiWhen creating quiz content with Articulate Quizmaker and iSpring, the quiz uploads and runs fine, however on reaching the final question the window fails to close and nothing is reported to the LMSI had thought this was a problem with Connect, but have just created a quiz using iSpring but the outcome is the same.Anybody have similar problems? any ideas of solutions?Dave
Hi,I noticed that when in a big group 20+ people, it is difficult to quickly find the face of the person talking in the video thumbnail gallery.Would it be possible to highlight the speaker's video thumbnail in someway?Thanks!
I just filled out the form for the AC and when the trial email arrived with instructions, it had broken image links and the link to the trial site when to a missing website.
I had a previous person setting up my classrooms, but has now left the company. My classrooms used to have the engagement panel appear in the presenter only are but now it is not appearing any longer. How do i get it to reappear so I can see the participants individual engagement levels while teaching?

Hi:I openend an older file and it was missing fonts. I replaced the missing fonts but when I try to change the font by highlighting the text the text disappears. Why is this happening? THANKS!

In Connect, if I select the option "Allow override of admin settings by host" in the compliance tab, will this alter the current layouts/info/pod history in my currently created classrooms? I am trying to allow the hosts to activate their engagment panel if they so choose.

Our media services group would like to test the upcoming version of Connect (9.5) to see if the configuration of the conference rooms and carts will have any issues (they had some camera driver versions with a previous release). Does Adobe ever do this for enterprise customers (we're a large community college).Thanks!Ric

How to upload a video file to connect and track the participants watch the video to the end?

Please verify the audio settings for this meeting in Adobe Connect Central."I already tried to add the numbers using US, or Manila toll free of my client but still to no avail.Thank you very much for the usual assistance.

If I delete an uploaded file (PDF, MP3, JPG, etc.) that was included in a recorded event, will that file also be deleted from the recording when it is viewed? If not, is there a way to perform such exacting surgery on a recorded file?
I deleted Adobe Connect 8 from the server. I deleted basis.I install set again.After installation I come into settings to activate. I download file License.I specify a way of the file and there is a red text of Please Select item.Therefore I can't pass further to create the accounting entry of the administrator.

Is there a way in Connect to make the "Set Status" menu icon invisible to participants. In a large event with participants in "Listen Only" mode, these options are not appropriate.

We are running some tests before going live with clients. In the test we have five live events which use the same content (meeting room). We clean up the room and re-use it for each event. We have set-up the five events in the Events Management module and invited participants through that module so they are registered in the system. We have set-up thank-you emails for both attended and absent participants (along with various reminder emails ahead of the event).I am wondering how does the Events Management module determine if a participant attended the given live session? We have noticed that it has sent the "You attended" email to participants who attended an earlier session but not the current session (but were enrolled for both). It didn't seem to know that they didn't attend the latest session and seems to be basing their attendance because they have previously attended an earlier session in the same room.So I am wondering what the trigger is for attended/absent in a session run thr
Hi,For my business, I need to be able to create videoconferences. I could do it with the adobe connect GUI, but I can't do it with the web services API, I couldn't find the way to do it.I actually know how to create a meeting and how to register users to it, but I need to create events instead of meetings.What I need to do is to create an event where users can login without password. I need to be able to create the event with the API and also register users to those events via the API creating their accounts.I can do the last part easily but what I can't do is to create the event. I can't find any documentation to do it and if I try to create an event with sco-update with the type event into my-events folder, then it appears in the GUI but the event seems broken since when I click on it, I receive an error message.My question is, how to create a webinar where only the presenter will stream video and where people will be able to log in without password.
