購買後猶豫期14天內退款還被刷NT11550元問題

您好,我於2026年10月8日續約定單號碼AB08505000224CTW之項目,但刷信用卡費NT2173元後發現與我使用上不符,於是馬上取消此計畫,但誤點了一項目,產生了費用NT11550元費用,且信用卡銀行也告知成功刷費,不知這款項是什麼?可以一樣退款嗎?如是否網上說的罰款之費用,如是如此這未免太高了吧!請幫忙一下.
