Acrobat monthly pay plan renew automatically, I want to cancel that long ago.
The plan should have ended in Sept or Aug and now, I will be billed again if I ''cancel the plan'' early. It seems that I cannot end without surcharge...could any Adobe staff ok please help me end that without surcharge? It is nonsense to renew it automatically.
