I am so frustrated with lack of representatives i can talk to. I changed my email to a school email thinking the plan would transfer over. Nope. It didnt as a matter a fact it says i never had a plan to begin with. tjis is so frustrating since now my dad is still being charged and we dont know how to cancel because the account is changed and there is no longer any plan there. How can they still do this. Why am i being charged without it showing up on my subscriptions. This doesn't make sense. I just want to cancel the subscription but adobe seems to make it so hard for me to even try and contact them. I want to know if theres any way i can cancel this. Since the account is virtually gone. I change the email and anything before did not transfer over.

Quite frustrating. I am going through this exact situation.  I'm still getting charged from an email I used but then changed the email. I think the payments are linked to the old email that doesn't exist on Adobe anymore so on the new email it says no active subscriptions.  I can only have access to human help if I have an active paid subscription but it shows I don't. 😞

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

    chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
    and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    phone:

    twitter:
    tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true
