Question

Anyone else find Adobe accounts a nightmare

I have a corporate account and a personal one. The business pays for Acrobat DC and I pay for photography plan. When I log in I have to choose, either corporate or personal. If I choose personal I can see my photography plan and not DC and vice versa. Absurd considering I have paid for both but it feels like Adobe has no interest in an actual customer at all. They just say log in to what you want. What if I want to run everything Ive paid for concurrently then? No chance. Annoying in the extreme but I suppose this is the modern world. Companies that strip as much cash as the can out of you and give you support from the cheapest location and people who are not in any way connected to someone who makes an actual decision. All those people are sat in offices working out how to glean the last few cents out of we poor schmucks to pay their exhorbitant US healthcare bills.

This is a public forum, not Adobe support, so nobody here can help with your problem

I will say that what you describe is by design... the subscription owner is the one to use that subscription on a computer, so to change to a different subscription you must sign out of 'A' and sign in to 'B' to be able to use different programs

If you want everything in one subscription you will need to cancel one subscription and add the other program to the subscription you keep

To do that without a fee you need to contact support for help

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
-make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent without the quote " " marks

Thanks, I'd already worked out that there was no particular fix for it. I will just have to keep switching. Initially they charged me twice so things did improve from that perspective. My reason for posting here was to have a public moan on a forum. In the modern world where dealing with large businesses like Adobe, Amazon and Facebook is an anonymous affair I find negative social media posts that they pick up on have the most impact. Can't imagine anything positive will come from the effort but at least makes me feel like Ive done something so that in itself is recompense of sorts. That said, signing up for the photographic package has made me feel like I will never get involved with Adobe again and will immediately cancel if I find anything that offers similar functionality.
