Can my brother buy Adobe CC from Germany on my behalf?

Hi, 

I live in Pakistan and it's really hard for me to buy Adobe CC from here. Resellers are offering $240 per app, which is ridiculous. I have my real brother in Germany. He said he can buy it on my behalf. Can he use my email ID and buy it there for me?

    your brother could buy you a gift subscription from amazon, but his adobe id and payment country would need to match yours which loses the benefit you're seeking.

    The problem is, I called almost every reseller available for Pakistan. Everyone is playing a monopolistic role. gbytetechno is asking for USD $1,180 for an individual license, and others are asking even more. What???? Why doesn't Adobe simply allow Pakistanis to buy directly from Adobe's website? Adobe is going to have revenue, anyway. Why [edited by moderator]?
