Cancel Adobe Acrobat Premium Subscription

Hello, I subscribed to Adobe Acrobat Premium on May 26, 2025, to test it out. I thought I was using the trial version, but after 7 days, I canceled it completely for free. Today I realized I had subscribed for a month, even though I didn't want to. I would now like to cancel the Adobe Acrobat Premium program, if it's still possible! I can't cancel from my Adobe account! Thank you! Best regards, Pinar Bektöre

Hi @PinarHB,

Thank you for reaching out. Upon checking, we see that you have an active Acrobat Premium plan associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. Please note that since your subscription was purchased through a third-party provider (such as Apple), it is managed by them, and their specific terms regarding cancellation and refunds apply.

For cancellation or refund assistance, you can refer to the following Apple-specific guide:
Managing subscriptions purchased via Apple

For general information on Adobe's refund policies for monthly subscriptions, please see:
Adobe Creative Cloud Subscription Terms

Let us know if you need any further assistance.

if you used an app store, contact the store.

if you used adobe.com, make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)
