Please contact the support through call/chat for the cancellation requests and the billing queries:

**Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link above**

You can now self-cancel your subscription, see here:

Buenos días. Necesito cancelar la suscripción que tengo en la cuenta agcc2611@gmail.com  de Gissel Cardozo.

Al intentar cancelar, no me aparece la opción de “Cancelar”, y tampoco aparece el plan contratado.

En mi estado de cuenta de la tarjeta Visa me están cobrando hace 2 meses el importe de 7.25 dolares.

 

Agradezco ayuda, ya que intenté cancelar con los pasos a seguir que informan desde la Web y no pude. Y en el chat se cierra la cesión en seguida.

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
