Cancellation

I tried to cacel my subscription several times and I always gat the message "

There was a problem processing your request." It redirect me to a help page, where I am told to repete the same steps I just did. Is it now an Adobe policy how not to lose customers? Do I need to cancel the credt card?

If you owe money and your payment card is not current, you can't cancel online.  You'll need to contact Adobe Support.

Stop suggesting that this is somehow my fault. Everything is fine with my payments and card. My only fault is that I have subscribed to an Adobe product. I had no idea that they are using such scam to get additional money/subscriptions from people that don't want to be their customers any more. I have tried to end the subscription for several months now, and it is obvious that Adobe made it impossible to end a subscription. If you Google it, add I did now, you will see that there hundreds of complaints like mine on the Internet.

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

I did exactly as you suggest before and I tried again, once you wrote me. And still the same error message...can you do something about it really or you will again send me a link to page that I have read three times already????

read my post. there are a number of suggestions including using a telephone which requires no computer savvy.
