Regarding account  and cancellation

I have just got a notice from my bank that Adobe for over a year have been charging

me twice for my Photography Plan.

I have no idea how and why, but I have asked my bank to stop further payment / billing on

one account. I can see the next billing is due on 30.07.

The amount for this period is about 350 $

I have further more asked my bank to get the payment back for the period from

29.04 2020 to 29.06 2021

The other Photography Plan account is due on 21.07

I will like to stop my plan and subscription on the InDesign account ADB054574018DK

Which cost me 186,-Dkr that equals 29 $.

When I try to cancel plan I get a notification that a have to pay Adobe 150 $ fo leaving

a one year minimum subscription.

This make no sense regarding the fact that I have had a subscription for over 2 years

From the 09.05 2019 to 09.06 2021 and it’s by no European or Danish standard legal.

I will try to take legal action with the support from The European consumer Centre as well from the Danish Consumer Agency.

I have been using Adobe products and I have loved it, so I find it strange and sad that a Company like Adobe does things that seems like a scam or rip off towards costumers.

I will post my experience on different platforms and forums and I wish that had read the reviews

on trustpilot regarding the difficulties getting out of a subscription.

Can anyone help me to contact Adobe, the phone is never picked up and I can't acess the chat and there is no

valid mail to adress.

Best Regards

This exact issue has been occurring with me. They have been stealing $29.99 a month from my bank account for months but have no record of any subscriptions on my account. So, not only are they denying any responsibility or accountability for these fraudulent charges, but I have no way of canceling the monthly bills. Have you had any luck with resolution of your complaint?
