CC account vanished

Question

Recently purchased an Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription but now my Adobe Creative Cloud account has vanished. Both subs working fine for a few weeks until a brief internet outage knocked Photoshop off. Now can't find any trace that I ever had a CC subscription (bar my credit card bill).  Anybody have any ideas?
