Question

Charged twice for Adobe Illustrator

Hi,

I've been charged twice for my Adobe Illustrator monthly subscription and I've tried to get a refund by contacting Customer Care but the operator told me to dispute the charges with my bank.

My bank has confirmed that I was charged double by Adobe and to ask for a full refund but then the operator said that in their records I had only been charged twice and he couldn't help me, apart from cancelling my subscription.

I sent him screenshots and spent a lot of time trying to get my money back which I thought was going to be an easy thing to fix but now I literally don't know what to do considering that I could have gone overdraft for this.

Can somebody please help me get back my money?

Thank you.
