Duplicate account error blocking submissions — need account merge/exception (Case 00515944)
Hello Adobe Stock team,
I'm trying to submit my drone footage as a contributor, but I keep getting the error: "Our Account and Submission policy does not allow multiple Contributor accounts."
I previously had a second account, which I have already deleted, but the error still appears. I also opened a support case about this around two weeks ago (Case #00515944) but have not received any reply yet.
I would like to keep only ONE contributor account and have the other one fully closed. I can share both account emails privately via DM if a moderator can assist. I confirm I intend to operate a single contributor account going forward.
Could a moderator please help escalate this so the residual link from the old account is cleared and I can submit again? Thank you for your help.
