you're probably already doing what you can, but just to be sure https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/print-creative-cloud-invoice.html

if so, you'll need to contact adobe support.  there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

I supose you tried to contact the Spanish speaking support. If that support is not open 24/24 7/7 you may get the answer you got. It looks to me, that support in Spanish is from 9am-9pm CET, meaning Central European Time. You will need to contact support during the weekdays in the morning your local time. If my calculations are correct, you are 7 hours behind CET, so 8.00 your local time is 15.00 CET (3pm).

I am trying to receive my fiscal receipt as Adobe charges me monthly VAT but still doesn't send me an electronic fiscal receipt, only the invoice with no fiscal value. When can I expect a solution to this issue?

Adobe support is no help, I've try explaning to them 3 times, but they keep implying that we need the 12 characters ID, but as I explained that's for buisnesses.

I’m incredibly disappointed with Adobe’s handling of international tax compliance, particularly for customers in Mexico.

As an individual (not a company), my official Mexican TAX ID (RFC) has 13 characters, as required by Mexican tax law and issued by the SAT. However, Adobe’s system only accepts 12-character RFCs, which are for businesses.

I reached out to support and explained this clearly, but they offered no solution, and implied that unless I register as a business or cancel my subscription, I won’t be able to receive legal invoices that are valid in my country.

This is unacceptable. It excludes individual users and disregards local tax laws.
