Fraud Adobe

Last year I opened Adobe account and then wanted to close it because I have never used it, and I am a student. They made me pay every month for a long time, -they have a answer for everything (!) - when I wanted to cancel they told me to wait a bit and that I don't have to pay and then it will cancel automatically. But I just noticed that I was still paying to Adobe monthly!
Why do you need a scam? You're a big and rich company why do you need student's  12 euro each month?! And why you act like a cheap deceitful company?!

    -click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
    -the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
    -type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
    Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
    .
