How can I request a Refund Request for Unauthorized Charges

Dear Adobe Support,

I never expected I would have to resort to a public messaging board just to reach someone capable of resolving this issue.

At the beginning of 2026, I cancelled my Photoshop subscription. Somehow, I was then enrolled in and charged €36/month for an AI Assistant service that I NEVER requested, approved, or used. To make matters worse, I later discovered charges totaling €145 had been taken from my account over several months WITHOUT any billing notification or warning emails. 

Frankly, this level of billing transparency is unacceptable.

I am a student, and losing hundreds of euros over a service I never signed up for is extremely frustrating. I would like a full refund for all unauthorized charges.

I look forward to a prompt resolution.

    The link was only directing me to an AI virtual agent, which I have already tried before posting here. And all its response was just it cannot find a refund related to my account. Plus, I really do not feel responsible for spending extra time, looking for a resolution to a problem which was not caused from my side.

    So please report this to the team capable of doing it, or reach out to me via the email. Thanks.

    Thanks for the update ​@huiyu.chen@kuleuven.be , but I checked again, and your most recent attempt was also not recorded. I am sorry, I am sure this is frustrating.
