How can I request a Refund Request for Unauthorized Charges
Dear Adobe Support,
I never expected I would have to resort to a public messaging board just to reach someone capable of resolving this issue.
At the beginning of 2026, I cancelled my Photoshop subscription. Somehow, I was then enrolled in and charged €36/month for an AI Assistant service that I NEVER requested, approved, or used. To make matters worse, I later discovered charges totaling €145 had been taken from my account over several months WITHOUT any billing notification or warning emails.
Frankly, this level of billing transparency is unacceptable.
I am a student, and losing hundreds of euros over a service I never signed up for is extremely frustrating. I would like a full refund for all unauthorized charges.
I look forward to a prompt resolution.
