How to cancel wrong email for registered Adobe account

When I use email to purchase an Adobe account. During checkout, I wrote the wrong email address. And then every month I still get charged by this one wrong email account. How can I cancel this wrong email account and not be billed every month anymore?

Hope it will be resolved soon so that I don't have to pay monthly. Thank you so much.

Adobe provides support through the Chat function on the contact page or through a phone call. There is no email support.
