I cancelled my free trial on my computer and still got charged and then had to cancel on my phone - is this normal?

I used the free trial for a document I needed to edit - I cancelled it on my laptop the same day.
I get an email this morning that I have been charged and when I logged in on my phone it showed I had to press cancel again. Is this normal? I can’t seem to find a contact to email to address getting a refund.

    Correct answer kglad

you probably had two different subscriptions.  one for acrobat and one for ai for acrobat.

Two separate plans: one for your laptop & one for your phone.

    So yes, it makes sense.

    Thank you for posting, Sorozco.

I apologize for any confusion you may have encountered while managing your new subscription. Kglad was correct, you subscribed to Acrobat and AI assistant. This is the same subscription offering as your previous purchase in 2025, Sorozco.

I can confirm you did successfully cancel both subscriptions. Refunds are automatic and take up to 14 days.

Please see https://adobe.ly/3RLd4NC for more information about the cancellation and refund process.

Please update this public discussion thread if you have any additional questions, Sorozco. ^JW
