I cancelled my subscription since 2nd of August 2026, got cancellation confirmation and was even refunded only for me to be debited again a couple of days later.

Hello,

I am contacting you regarding unauthorized recurring charges on my account following a confirmed cancellation.

I cancelled my subscription on August 2, 2026, received an official cancellation confirmation email from Adobe, and was issued a refund. Despite this cancellation, my payment card has been debited twice without my authorization:

  • NGN 4,837.50 on August 4, 2026

  • NGN 20,747.50 on August 7, 2026

Total unauthorized amount: NGN 25,585.00

I have attached the proof of the cancellation confirmation email and bank transaction receipts to this.

    Hi @Serene_mind62cb,

    I reviewed your account info and found that there were two different transactions made for Adobe Acrobat Pro and AI Assistant for Acrobat respectively. Also, I confirm that once you cancelled both of these plans, Adobe has initiated a refund. It usually takes 12-14 days for the refund to get processed.
