I changed my plan after 3 months trial, but Adobe charged me twice. I realize they did not "change plan" like they show but they purchase another plan. So I have to cancel one. But all apps still locked after 3 weeks.

How do I access all the apps I've purchased? Adobe, you need to compensate me for the time I was unable to use them.

To anyone who want to reply this post, please read this carefully before posting some random AI answer like the guy name @Jeff_A_Wright, an answer that is frustratingly self-contradictory.

I am going to explain this one again.

Adobe suggested I switch plans—moving from Pro to Standard since I wasn't using the service as much as I thought—but instead of a switch, they charged me for the Standard plan (£51.98 on 8 Aug 2026) in addition to the existing one (£66.49 on 12 Aug 2026). THAT MEANS £118.47 IN TOTAL.

I want to emphasize: ADOBE CHARGED ME TWICE FOR TWO DIFFERENT PLANS.

Realizing this was an error on Adobe's part, I cancelled the Standard plan on 14 Aug 2026 (while STILL PAYING for the Pro plan, as there was no way to cancel it), but now I can't access any of the apps after canceling Standard plan. I CAN NOT CANCEL IT EARLY BECAUSE I DID NOT KNOW THAT ADOBE WOULD STILL CHARGE MY ORIGINAL PLAN. ALL APPS ARE STILL LOCKED up to today 27 Aug 2026, and the plan section shows nothing, even though the billing records clearly indicate that payment was made.

Is there anywhere I can file a complaint? Are we just supposed to put up with this?

I HAVE ALL THE SCREENSHOT AND PRINTING

    Thank you for posting, Festive_mindset.

I apologize for any problems you encountered managing your subscription.

I reviewed the details available on your account. I can see that you originally started a Creative Cloud Pro subscription on May 12, 2026, and then changed plans on August 8, 2026. The additional charge you noticed would have been associated with that plan change. I also see that the Creative Cloud Standard subscription was canceled on August 14, 2026.

Because the Creative Cloud Standard subscription was canceled on August 14, you would no longer have access to the Creative Cloud applications included with that plan, which is why the apps are now locked. If a refund was issued for the canceled subscription, please allow up to 14 days for processing.

If you expected to retain access to Creative Cloud applications after the August 14 cancellation, please let us know which subscription you intended to keep active so we can better understand what occurred during the plan change process, Festive_mindset. ^JW

Thanks for quick reply, but this does not answer the questions why did you charge original plan after I “change” plan, not purchasing a “new” plan; annd after all of that, why after I canceled the additional charge, kept the original plan, I can still not access any apps ?

Charges can be normal when there is a cost difference between the services provided, @Festive_mindset83bc. They are based on your subscription status and are not designed as a penalty. The exact charge will be personalized based off the service you are switching from.
