I just bought a Creative Cloud plan for $35. I am trying to download Premiere Pro, but when I try to run the setup, it takes me to the Premiere plan to try a 7 day trial, or buy the plan for $23. It won't start the download for me.

    Thank you for posting, Practical_Cosmos,

I am sorry you are having trouble installing Premiere Pro.

Based on the details I'm seeing, there are several subscriptions associated with this account, including a new Creative Cloud Pro subscription that was started today. There are also some older subscriptions on the account that appear to be canceled or past due.

I'd recommend contacting Adobe directly so the account and subscription configuration can be reviewed in detail:

    Contact Adobe Support

When you reach out, let them know that you recently purchased Creative Cloud Pro and that Premiere Pro is prompting you to start a trial or purchase a plan instead of allowing access through your new subscription.

Since there are multiple subscriptions associated with the account, it would also be a good opportunity to review which plans are still needed. Some existing subscriptions may no longer provide additional value, and the team can help identify memberships that are no longer required.
