Question

I just recently bought perpetual product through groupon for $79.99 and was told you no longer offer that product for Acrobat Pro 2020. How can I get a refund?

I just bought perpetual product through groupon for $79.99 the Acrobat Pro 2020. I just talked to the customer service rep and was told it was only available for monthly or yearly subscription. I did not know that and I’m not happy about spending money for something that is no longer available. I even have the license number. Can I please get a refund?

I saw the link on Groupon. It is through a company called Techlogit.
